Newt Scamander x Reader

What Newt Does

Hi guys, I am sorry I am not that active. I am going through some slight home problems- hoping things don't turn out the way they are going.

Things Newt does to make you happy

1) Newt will do anything if it means he can see your smile.

2) If he sees you upset on the couch, he will sit next to you, try to hold eye contact, and ask what was bothering you.

3) If you are stressed, normally you will lay down on your bed with Newt and he would tell you about his new descoveries and funny things his creatures had done that day to try and make you laugh a little.

4) Newt would go into the kitchen, leaving you on the couch clutching a pillow, and a few minutes would return with either some hot cocoa with marshmallows or some tea, depending on which one you currently had at the time.

5) If all you needed to do was rant, Newt would be there. Listening intently to everything you had to say and coming up with a sweet response to reply with.

6) Sometimes all you needed was a piece of Newt when he would leave to go on his trips. It was hard for him to do, but he would give you his Hufflepuff scarf to remember him while he was gone for a few weeks.

7) At times, he would bring you down into his case to the Mooncalf and Fwooper. The big eyes and pink fluffiness never failed to make you happy. The Fwooper was quite the strange animal and the Mooncalves were just so adorable.

8) All you needed was a kiss sometimes. Newt would be listening to you rant about work that day when all the sudden you felt his lips on yours in a sweet, passionate kiss filled with love.

9) If you were ever on the bed crying by yourself when Newt would get home and hear you, he would instantly drop anything he was planning or was already doing and go straight to your room. Without asking anything, he would sit next to you and pull you into his side, "Shh, shh.. it's alright, Y/N. I am here now.. you are okay."

10) It was awfully embarrassing for Newt, but sometimes if nothing would work, Jacob would come over and they would perform a silly little skit for you. Newt would be pretending to be the person you hated as he walzted around on your living room floor, "Ho, I am (person you hate)," And that's when Jacob would come in and do something completely awful to Newt, like pouring milk on his head, or having him trip on a banana peel. It almost definitely would cheer you up.
