Ch.33 Reyes to the rescue

Miller whispered into the phone harshly. "Reyes get your ass down here! He's been pacing the same damn spot for and hour!" Raven cursed under her breath and pushed her hair back out of her face. "Damn. Okay. Keep calm. I'm on my way." She said into the phone. He heard the fumbling of keys and then a car engine starting up. "Be there in 10." She said. "Don't. Speed. I'm so not in the mood for you to get pulled over." Miller all but spat. She rolled her eyes. "15." She didn't take it personally this is just how he was when he was under pressure. "20. I mean it." He said into the phone. "Roger that. ETA 11:35 pm." She said half sarcastically.

Back at the house Jasper was panicking and talking to Octavia who was pacing the floor, like brother, like sister. "O what's going to happen? She's going to be fine... right?!? I mean-" "Jasper!" His head snapped to a tall figure walking down the stairs, Lincoln. "Go upstairs. You are not helping." Jasper nodded, hands shaking not with fright of Lincoln but of Clarke's fate. His eyes were wide open in shock and panic. Lincoln rested a hand on his shoulder for reassurance as he walked by. Octavia had stoped her pacing and had her head in her hands sitting in her drop ship chair. She focused on her breathing like her brother had taught her. He sat down beside her but said nothing. She took comfort in his presence but was grateful all he did was sit there. Raven had left in a hurry not giving any sort of explanation but Octavia knew it must have been Miller telling her he needed back up, which meant Bellamy was freaking out; which made Octavia freak out. "Raven told them not to come because a lot of people there would freak everyone out more and they needed to stay calm.

When Raven got to the hospital she saw Miller waiting for her in the lobby. He took her hand and lead her to the fourth floor where Bellamy stayed. The nurse came out a while later and told them Clarke had a concussion and she would need some special care. She had to stay out of school for a couple weeks, no reading, watching tv, going on her phone, bright lights, loud sounds; basically just sleeping. They held her over night for monitoring and was able to leave the next day. They called Octavia to let her know and to tell everyone to go to sleep.

Bellamy was just as stubborn as they thought he would be and refused to leave. Raven and Miller were exhausted but stayed with him anyways.  They fell asleep on a small couch in the waiting area. Raven was sleeping on Miller's chest and Bellamy fell asleep with his arms crossed over his chest against the wall, for a bit until Raven moved him so his neck wouldn't hurt in the morning.

When they got home they made Clarke get a little more sleep and quietly made up an hourly schedule so there would always be someone there to talk to her or read to her. They took care of each other that's what they did. They also called the school to tell them
What has happened. Octavia would bring her home work.
