Ch.6 Open house

Everybody was there: Raven, Octavia, Clarke, Bellamy Monty, Jasper, Wick, some guys Raven got to look at stuff with her, and another girl was with them to look at pluming. They were all waiting for the real estate agent. He came out and greeted them all. They walked in and all fell in love. It was awesome. Exposed brick, high ceilings, wide open space it had a big kitchen on the main floor. As well as a open area great for a sitting area with a tv.

Everyone was still looking around when Bellamy pulled Clarke aside. "Hey let's talk the price with the agent." "Ok." she smiled.  Whenever he needed advice or help he would go to Clarke they were used to running things as a team. He would never say that allowed though.

"How much are they asking?" Bellamy asked in a hushed tone. The man smiled. And wrote down a number on a post it note They looked at each other. Clarke indicated for him to come with her. "One second we just need to talk." She told the man as she excused herself. "Bell. We can so do that!" She whispered excitedly into his ear. "Between the six of us. I already figured it out it wouldn't take long! Maybe a couple of years." He sighed. "Looking to you princess. What's it gonna be?" "Let's take it." "You sure?" he asked. "Yeah I can feel it. This is our home." she nodded excitedly.  "Ok. I trust you. I think it's a good call princess." They walked back over to the man. "We'll take it!" Clarke announced. A series of cheers broke out. "Ok great when would you like to make an offer?" "Today." Clarke said. "How many offers so far?" "Just you guys. Oh and two other couples." He added quickly. Clarke and Bellamy looked at each other. This man was a terrible liar. They talked a little more and decided to offer just under the asking price. The real estate agent made a few calls. The owner was an older man and was moving to Florida so he wanted it sold fast. He took the offer. The gentleman looked shocked. "Um I can give you the keys later today." He said. "I have never in my 25 years of being a real estate agent sold a property that fast." They laughed. "That's Clarke and Bellamy." Raven smiled. "I can't believe it. We just bought our first house!" Clarke jumped into Bellamy's arms. She warped her legs around his waist and her arms around his neck. He stood frozen for a second before returning the hug and spinning her around both laughing. 

*Click. They turned their heads to Octavia who took a picture with her phone. Clarke jumped down. "What was that for?" "For when you guys get married." she said grinning down at her phone leaning over to sow Raven. Jasper laughed. "What?" Octavia explained, "Well I've decided that I'm Clarke's maid of honour and it's my job to put together their slide show. And this will most defiantly be going in there." "You're planning their wedding and their not even dating yet?" Monty asked smiling. "Yup." they said in unison. "Ok whatever O. I'm gonna call Miller to tell him the news." Bellamy turned. 

Clarke started to walk over to the stairs. "Where are you going?" Raven asked. Clarke started to run up the stairs. "I call pent house!!!!" "What no way!" Octavia yelled after her. They all started running to get the room they wanted. It worked out well actually except for Octavia who had to get her second choice room but also on the top floor. Raven was with Bellamy on the second highest floor then Monty and Jasper shared one of the biggest apartments together.

"You can both have your own you know?" Bellamy said shaking his head. "It's fine we share everything it would be weird to live by ourselves." Jasper said. Bellamy chuckled. "Yeah across the hall. That would be some long distance relationship." "Relationship? You mean friendship?" Monty asked. Bellamy looks confused. "I thought you guys were together?" "No. I have a girlfriend, Maya." Jasper said totally not offended and really didn't seem to care at all about the mistake. He just turned to walk away casually. Monty looked bashful. "I um. I gotta go." He looked down. Bellamy caught him, "hey I'm sorry if I made things awkward. It doesn't matter to me at all if you are gay or not. Hell Miller is gay!" "Listen I'm not sure I want to come out about it yet so can you maybe just not tell anyone?" "Sure no problem? Do you have a boyfriend?" "Well I kinda like this guy but he doesn't even know me plus he's like probably way out of my league and he looks straight. I mean, you know I can't really tell." "Ok you can always talk to me about anything ok? What's his name?" "I think it's Nathan." "He's lucky" Monty blushed. "When can we move all our stuff in?" he asked trying to change the subject. Bellamy was confused for a second.  Oh right we just bought a whole building! Bellamy thought. "Today I guess."
