"Can you do the steps for me, Hinata?" Suga asked thoughtfully, trying to make the request as unsuspicious as possible. Jumping at the chance to practice, Hinata tumbled to the center of the room, and rolled his shoulders into the starting position. Although Hinata could dance, his passion overwhelmed his skill. He danced like a tired sparkler, trying desperately to stay burning. Every point and stretch and twirl listed in Suga's head, his brain analyzing each as they appeared.

Suga had been dancing since he could count in time with the music. It was something he just couldn't give up. For Suga, breathing was more difficult than moving to a beat, especially with how tightly he bound his chest. Scolding his thoughts for reminding himself of his irritated ribs, Suga turned back to Hinata's dance.

"Done!" He bounced out of his final position, looking up at Suga for encouragement. A smile stretched his cheeks while he thought of what to say. Then, he stepped forward and gestured towards himself. "Hinata, can you remember seeing my face whilst you were dancing?" He said, trying to keep a pleasant expression. Hinata's gaze fell, "uh, I- no..." a sudden balloon filled Suga's chest at the sight of upsetting the boy. "No, no, no, it's ok. That's what I needed to know." He tried to reassure.

"To know what?"

"To know if you do close your eyes or not. You dance so fast, that I couldn't tell if you were squinting. But, we can work on that." And just like that, Hinata's eyes flashed gold and he was nodding with great optimism.

Finally, after hours of repeating, and repeating, and repeating, Suga stopped Hinata mid spin. Moonlight shone through the box windows around the top of the studio, making the few silver locks around Suga's face crystalise. Hinata, however, seemed even brighter than before, cheeks tinted red and puffing.
"I think it's time to stop." Suga chuckled under his gasping breaths.

Hinata opened his mouth to argue, but a glance at the window silenced him. Glaring at the moon like he could bring the sun back up, Hinata slowly headed to the door. Just before he left, he shouted a 'thank you' and 'goodbye' to Suga, then went to change. After packing up the music and speakers, Suga went to find Daichi.

"Almost ready to go home?" Suga sidled up to the broad boy, who was throwing his kit into his bag with one hand and checking his phone with the other. It was a familiar sight for Suga, the messy hair and rushing fingers as Daichi tried to get ready every morning and afternoon. He gave Suga a guilty smile and went back to stuffing his bag like a turkey.

An amused sigh escaped his lips as he pushed Daichi's fumbling hands away. "Stop, stop, stop. I'll do this, you just focus on cleaning up." Suga unpacked, folded, then repacked Daichi's kit, like he did most evenings. He glanced up at Daichi after he realized he hadn't moved and a soft smiled washed over his face when he saw Daichi grinning down at him. His dark lips and strong chin were gorgeous, but the thing that really stood out to Suga were his eyes. The almost black creases, the glinting eyelashes, and the way that they always seemed so large, even when he scrunched them up. Smoothly, Daichi stepped around him and snuck a hand onto his waste. "Thank you," he whispered, then kissed Suga's temple. It was barely romantic, hell it wasn't even a full sentence, but it was still enough to make Suga's pale cheeks burn.
