Beast Boy And Raven

Chapter 7

As beast boy stayed up all night he thought of way to get Slade to talk. He wasn't sure whether he should just go after her or wait for Robin to hatch a plan. He kept pacing and pacing until he sat on the couch and looked out the window and fell asleep at the break of dawn. In the morning Starfire was the first to get up. When she saw Beast Boy on the couch she put a blanket over him and gave him a pillow. She thanked him for being a good friend and told him they'll get Raven back. Of course he was still asleep but she needed to tell him. Meanwhile Raven woke up. "Where the hell am I?" No reply. She looked around and saw she was in a cage of some sort it wasn't good material for a cage but it was enough to hold her in. She didn't know what to do now. She knew this would repeat over and over again if she went home. She decided to do something drastic if she escaped. About 15 minutes later she heard footsteps from the other side of the room. Slade and Terra came from out of the shadows. "Your not going to try to escape? Where's the fun in that?" Terra said. Raven glared at her and smiled. "There's no point, I'm not dumb.  I know this will keep going until one of us is dead. I quit. I can't do it anymore." She started to tear up and she glanced at Slade then looked down. "You win. I'm done." Terra opened the cage and her and Slade walked in where Raven was sitting. Raven quietly used her powers the break the Rope she was tied in and she quickly got up and ran. She shut the gate behind her and locked it. "Who's the prisoner now?" She said. Slade glared at her. "You little bitch! I'll get you for this!" Terra tried to smash the door but she failed and gave up for all her energy was gone. Raven escaped and went out to the city. She bought new clothes since hers were torn apart to shreds. She bought a new i.d. which was strange to her but she had to. She snuck into the tower that night grabbed her stuff that was important and left. Before she left she ran into Robin. "Robin...I-i....." she stuttered out of embarrassment. Robin put his hand on her shoulder and told her "Everything's gonna be OK I know what you're doing and I agree in order to keep Slade and Terra at peace. It's okay. Go. We'll  keep Beastie calm." Raven threw her arms around him and cried. "Thank you so much Robin. I'll see you again whenever I get back." He smiled. "Anything for one of my closest friends. Where are you going anyway?" Raven looked down. "I can't say where...I don't even know." Robin nodded. "Be safe please." "I will." She said before she left.
