The pure darkness of his soul
Reflected in his eyes
Specks of bright beautiful colors
Showed the rainbow that glowed
After the storm was calm
The storm gathered
The lightning struck
The thunder rumbled
And everyone ran for cover
Except this one girl
She watched in awe as the storm brewed
She watched as the rain poured
She stayed out in the torrents
She stayed as it fizzled out
And witnessed the beautiful rainbow
