"Stop please!" I scream. They kick me a few more times until I hear someone yell.

I get off of Mark and wake him up. "I'm going home." I say. "Okay. Be careful! And if anything happens call or text me and I'll be right over!" Mark says. I hug him and thank him. Then I leave and realize I don't even know where I am. I walk back inside, "Um hey?" Mark says. "I don't even know where we are!" I say laughing. "Oh yeah!" Mark says walking out with me. Our houses are about a 10 minute walk from each other. As we're walking Mark and I just talk and get to know each other. While we're walking we see a pet store. Without saying anything I just walk in. Mark follows me without asking anything and I look around. I look inside a room and see a whole bunch of puppies and kittens! "Omg! Look at the baby husky! It's so fluffy!!! Omg one eye is blue and the other is brown! I want it!" I squeal. "It really is cute, are you allowed to have pets?" He asks. "Yeah. But I won't get one." I say looking down. "Why?" "Because my dad... I feel like he'll hurt the puppy." "I'll watch it for you." Mark says smiling. "Omg omg omg!! Thank you!!" I scream hugging him. He laughs and says "you're welcome." We buy the husky which was $120 but it was worth it!

Mark takes a picture of it and captions it "My new best friend 💕" He instantly gets a whole bunch of comments and likes. Then we continue going to my house. I honestly don't want to go home but I know that if my dad wakes up and sees I'm still not home he'll kill me. Not literally. At least I don't think.
