Chapter 8

Perrie's P.O.V  (still)

"Darcy Evans"

I stood up and walked over.

"Are you her mother or legal guardian?"

"Well im in charge of her until her mom gets here in 45 minutes?"

"Okay then. Well I cannot disclose any of the information but if I were you I would tell your friends to leave and for the mom not to come."

"What! Why?! Whats wrong with her?!"

"Calm down. All I can say is that she has pretty severe injuries."

"Is she even awake?"

"No but we cant keep her asleep or else she'll go into a coma so we have to wake her up asap."

"No you cant her mom isn't here-"

I was cut off when someone burst in through the doors.

"Im here! Im here!"

She saw me and ran over.

"Where's my baby!?"

"Ma'am please calm down. Okay so now that your here I can explain. So when she hit her head, it must have been really hard because she has internal bleeding in her brain. Now if it was light bleeding she would be awake but the blood must have flooded fast because she past out. The only thing we could do is surgery tonight but its a slim to none chance that it would help. She could possibly even bleed out. You can decide within the next hour because it is a big decision but we need to wake her up now."

Mrs. Evans nodded and the doctor escorted us to Darcy's room.

I know I should've probably let her have her time but I couldn't. I feel like its my fault I didn't catch her since I was older than her. I feel like shes my 2nd baby sister and I need to protect her.

When we got to her room she lay there lifelessly. It brought tears to my eyes but I held them in.

Mrs. Evans turned to me with tears in her eyes and said;

"Look, I know that you  3 are close but can I have a couple minutes alone with my daughter?"

"Sure take all the time you need."

Mrs. Evans P.O.V

Once Perrie left the room I wiped my eyes.

Darcy will be fine.

I walked over to her bed and held her hand.

I closed my eyes and held her hand tighter.

The door opened and everyone walked in. I only recognized Aislinn and Perrie. The boys are probably Perries boyfriend's friends like Darcy told me.

They all gathered around probably thinking its the last time they can see Darcy.

All of a sudden the heart rate monitor went flat and doctors ran in.

"Doctor we waited to long!" One nurse yelled.

I held on to her hand tighter and she shot up.

"Whats going on?"

Darcy's P.O.V

I couldn't wake up. 

I didn't know what was going on. 

I heard yelling but I couldn't open my eyes. 

Than I heard a long beep and I couldn't feel anything. 

All I felt was myself drifting towards a white light. 

Than I gasped and shot up. 

I looked around and everyone looked at me as if they saw a ghost.   

"What's going on?"
