Chapter 33

Darcy's P.O.V

Once we arrived at my house, I went upstairs to my room.

Mum said everyone could stay the night since it was a weekend.

Yup. I missed practically a week of school.

But its almost my birthday and then thanksgiving break so that's exciting.

I walked up to my room and shut the door.

I took a nice, long, well deserved shower and then changed into pajamas.

I sat on my bed and that's when I started to cry. And not just a little cry, I was bawling my eyes out.

I heard the door open and it was Harry.

"Darcy, are you okay."

I shook my head.

He closed my door and sat on the bed next to me.

"I was walking by to use the restroom when I heard you crying."

"Harry, im not stupid. I know mum made someone check on me. Im the only room on this floor."

He laughed.

"Yeah. She just wants to make sure you're safe."

I wiped my tears away and laughed with him.

"So why were you crying?"

"Everything that happened tonight just kind of hit me."

"Do you wanna talk about it?"

"It's just that im a murderer now. I killed 2 little girls and I didn't even think about it. I just did it. And to be honest, I don't feel that bad."

"That's because you didn't do it. Your wolf took control of you since its a full moon and you cant control it yet. That's why you don't feel bad, you didn't do it."

"Yeah but now theyre dead and their families are probably worried sick."

"But you cant blame yourself. Sure its a sad and horrible situation but you cant blame yourself."

"Yeah. I guess youre right. Since when did you get so wise?"

"Ive always been. I just don't show it. And your mum might have informed us of what happens on a full moon." He laughed.

I hugged him and he walked out.

I laid down and pulled my laptop over and watched some funny videos on youtube.

My door opened and Niall walked in.

I just continued watching a random video.

"Hey." He said.

I nodded in acknowledgement.

"Listen, I know you probably don't wanna talk to me but just hear me out." He took a deep breath, "I know I said I don't wanna be friends, but being friends is better than being nothing. I don't understand why you aren't ready to date but im not gonna question you. And id really like if you gave me another chance to be your friend again."

"Niall, I wanna be your friend. And its complicated why but you have to understand. And it doesn't make it any easier when you and Tyler pressure me."

"I know and im sorry but as long as you and I are friends, I think I can live with that."

"Good." I smiled.

"Wanna come downstairs? Everyones gonna watch a movie."

"Sure."

We walked downstairs and everyone was gathered around with pillows and blankets.

We shut off all the lights and pressed play.

We were watching Youre Next.

I ate a bite of popcorn and focused on the tv the entire time.

But I have to say, I think I was the only one who wasn't scarred by the movie.

But to be honest, it was so predictable. As soon as the movie started, you could tell who the killers were gonna be. And I say killers because there wasn't just gonna be one. There needed to be a plot twist but im the only one who realized it because everyone else screamed anytime something happened.

Once the movie was over, they put on Toy Story 3 but I fell asleep once they got to Sunnyside for the first time.

Im glad I still have all my friends with me.

So I know its shorter then the rest but I think Im gonna have to make each chapter a little shorter just because im uploading 2 times a week but they will be like this or a little longer.
