Chapter 20

Aislinns P.O.V

During our lacrosse game, Darcy kind of disappeared.

We didn't notice until half time but we couldn't find her.

After gym was over we all went to the locker rooms, obviously the boys went to the boys locker room though.

I found Darcy putting her gym clothes in her locker and was grabbing her backpack.

And she was already showered.

I walked up to her"

"Hey."

She looked up at me and that went back to what she was doing.

"Where'd you go? You left before halftime."

"Oh, I-I came here. I'm feeling very well."

"Oh okay."

I wish we could just be friends again.

But I want her to come up to me and admit what she did.

Why can't she just come up and apologize for it?

Darcy's P.O.V

After Aislinn walked away I left and went to my next class.

I sat next to this kid Jacob.

We talked in school but we never talked outside of school.

"Hey Darcy!"

"Hey Jacob."

"How come you haven't been talkin to Aislinn?"

"How'd you know?"

"Well 1, you didn't come into school with her and haven't walked around with her, and if no one else noticed that than 2, you look lost without her."

My other friend, Josh, interrupted.

We never talked outside of school either.

Tyler walked by and handed me a piece of paper.

"Alright class, quiet down." The teacher said walking in.

I unfolded the paper.

It said;

Starbucks at 5?

I turned around and he was staring at me.

I nodded my head yes and turned around smiling.

And that's all I could think about the rest of the day.

When the bell rung, I went to my locker and there was a note.

"Drop any plans you have because I have a surprise...kinda."

I nodded figuring he was watching.

I grabbed my keys and went to my car and drove home.

"Hey Mum!" I yelled.

"Up here sweetheart!" she yelled back.

I double-stepped the stairs and went to her room.

"Watcha doin mum?" I asked, quite confused.

There was clothes everywhere.

"I'm bringing out my spring clothes and putting away my winter clothes."

"But Christmas hasn't even passed. It's still November."

"I know but I was bored and I had a 1/2 day at work."

"Oh okay."

I started to walk out but turned around.

"Oh and I won't be home tonight. I'll be back before 10 though."

"Why? Does someone have a date?"

"Maybe." I blushed.

"Is it with Niall? Because if it is I approve."

"Actually no. It's with my school friend Tyler."

"Oh. What happened to Niall? Is Tyler cute?"

"Yes Tyler is cute and I'm not sure what happened to Niall." I lied.

"Well come back when you want to tell me the truth about Niall."

Dammit.

She's always been able to see through my lies.

I went to my room to take a shower and it kind of melted away everything.

I got out after showering with my Secret Wonderland shower gel and my Garnier Fructis Hydro Shampoo & Conditioner to make me smell all good. :P

I got changed into (Outfit on the side) black high waist shorts with a floral crop top. I put on my silver studded high top converse on as well.  I slipped on the ring my mum gave me as well.

For hair and makeup I curled my straight hair loosely so its wavy and did a simple winged eyeliner with black shadow for a less intense look.

I also used my pink mac lipstick in Twig for a natural lip.

I got ready listening to my favorite song ever...

DO YOU WANNA BUILD A SNOWMAN!!

I never actually saw the movie but I know every word...

I live a sad life, you don't need to tell me.

Once I was ready, I brushed my teeth and got my bag and left.

And I know I said before its still the beginning of November, but its naturally cold here most of the year except for summer so im used to it.

I decided I would walk since its not that far and its really nice out.

I got there at 5 exactly amd Tyler was already there.

I cant wait to see what he has planned for tonight.
