Chapter 31

I know I haven't updated this book in awhile!

And im so sorry! But ive been updating my other book and ive just been a bit busy but that's no excuse so Im going to be uploading a lot more hopefully!

Im gonna try to upload every Tuesday and Thursday maybe im not sure yet but I know I want to upload 2 times a week so I don't go MIA for like 3 weeks!

Derrek's P.O.V.

I could see she was getting stronger by the minute.

Everything I was doing was making her wolf become more violent and all she needs to do now is just let her wolf come out.

My plan is working.

After tonight, she will do things she never thought of doing.

Hopefully the full moon doesn't have a super strong effect on me because id love to see her as a ripper.

Darcy's P.O.V.

I'm so tired of breaking bones, and healing them and training.

I just want to go home and sleep.

"Derrek, I wanna go home. Please!" I begged after he threw me against the room for like the thousandth time in the past 12 hours.

"Just a little longer. We only have 6 hours until the full moon rises. You need to let your wolf come out. Just let her out and you can rest."

"I don't know how!" I cried out.

"Just get mad. Just think about something that made you madder then ever before. And don't think about anything else. And then she will come out and take control for you."

"B-But then how will I become human again."

"Think about something or someone who makes you happy. Someone who you would do anything for."

I nodded and stood up.

I walked back over to Derrek and took a deep breath. I closed my eyes and thought about something that made me so mad and I really couldn't think of anything.

And then it came to me.

I opened my eyes, concentrating on that one thing.

I looked Derrek right in his eyes and went to punch him.

He blocked my fist and kicked me down.

I got mad.

I stood up trying to hit him, but he blocked every one of my punches.

He punched me in my stomach and threw me across the room.

When my head made contact with the wall I got so mad.

Still concentrating, I closed my eyes and took a deep breath.

I felt a weird pain run down my back and a sudden howl came out of my mouth.

Before I knew it, I felt my bones crack. It was agonizing.

In the matter of a second, I was on top of a timid looking Derrek.

Then he didn't look so scarred and pushed me off.

"Good. Now focus and think of that something or someone."

I looked deep in my mind.

I honestly didn't know.

Then it came to me.

I thought about it and took a deep breath.

I was a human again in the blink of an eye.

"Here." Derrek said throwing a blanket at me.

I wrapped it around my unclothed body, embarrassed that I didn't have any clothes on in front of a physco.

He left and came back with sweatpants and a tshirt.

I changed quickly.

"You can rest now. Theres 5 hours until the full moon. You need all your energy. Come with me."

I followed him until we reached a black camaro.

"Get in. Were going somewhere else."

I listened to him.

He sped off and I looked out of the passenger window.

"Now don't even think about running off or I will tear you limb from limb."

I nodded.

"If you don't mind me asking, what did you think about to make you so mad." He asked looked genuinely interested.

"When I was younger, my first best friend stopped calling. And the next summer when I went to go see him, I found out he had died. And I was so upset and angry. I wanted him to just come back and be with me but I was so angry because he just stopped calling me. He didn't even tell me why. We were best friends."

"Sorry." He said bluntly.

"What makes you so angry that you turn?"

"Well since ive done it so much, I can turn when ever I want."

"But howd you do it at first?"

"Well I first changed because hunters killed my parents when I was a little kid."

"Oh." I said not knowing what else to say.

"Were here." He said getting out.

I followed quickly and walked behind him into an abandoned looking building.

We took an elevator up and it opened to a nice loft space.

"Theres a spare bedroom through there."

"Can I have some food?"

He groaned.

"Youre so needy."

"Sorry for being kidnapped and needing to eat."

He pulled out some chips.

"You call this a meal? Move. Ill make myself something."

"Fine. I'll eat them."

I looked through the cabinets and found a box of mac n cheese.

I pulled down a pot and filled it up with water to make the food.

I ate it and then walked away to the spare bedroom.

I layed down in the bed.

I instantly fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow.

*Few hours later*

"Wake up."

I fluttered my eyes to Derrek standing over me.

"What" I groaned.

"Get up. Its time for the full moon."

I got up slowly, still very tired.

I followed Derrek out to the elevator and out of the building.

"Okay. We have 15 minutes. You are going to go to the top of that hill," he pointed to a hill, "after you have killed 3 people."

"WHAT!?" I shrieked, "Im not killing 3 people! Im not killing anyone!"

"Yes you will. If you want to live. I will be waiting there."

Before I could refuse I felt a surge come over me.

Derrek ran away and my vision went blurry.

I howled so loud the whole world probably heard.

I turned to a wolf against my own will.

I started running towards the main part of town.

I went on a rampage and I couldn't stop myself.
