Midnight Strikes Again

It was a normal day at Mighty Falls

High School, the classes were boring as always and the day dragged on. The second bell rang as Rose made her way out of class. Rose is that shy kinda girl that doesn't like attention but if you get to know her she's pretty crazy. Rose walked quickly down the hallway to finally reach her locker.

As Rose grabbed her books and slowly closed her locker looking over her shoulder she saw Kieran Hathaway the most attractive guy at this school. She loves him for his looks but underneath all of that she knows there's much more to love about him. Kieran passed by her and winked with a slight smile.

Rose nearly died inside.

"Heyy Rose!" Taylor whales.

"Thanks Taylor for ruining my moment here with Kieran."

" Like you would talk to him, yeah right he is way out of your league, he's too popular!"

" Wow thanks Taylor you are such a great friend. I got to go figure out some things."

" Okay whatever, later Rose!"

Believe it or not Taylor and Rose has been best friends ever since they were little. Rose hurried to the library lately she has been researching for her father that took off when she was a little girl. Her foster mother Eva never told Rose why her father took off, even though she asks her mother all the time. Since her mom won't tell her anything, it's her mission to find out where her father is. Rose jumped from her seat, from being tazzed on the side hips. She quickly turned around.

"Hunter, how many times do I have to tell you not to scare me like that?!"

"Sorry Rose."

"It's okay Hunter look I found some in formation on my father."

In just a split second the electricity of the school went out, and the library was nothing but pitch dark.
