Hi everyone! Before I start the story, I just want to say thank you so much for picking this story! It makes me really happy to see a new reader! Now without further ado... Chapter one!
-----😉
Ever since she was able to hum , little Hannah brought lots of attention. Whether it was from bad people, good people, people across the street or even just her family. She always had this voice that somehow seemed magical.

If  not from her luscious caramel colored hair then maybe her exotic violet eyes. This child was odd and she knew it from the very beginning.

At age 5 , Hannah had to wear contacts in order to hide her eye color. Her parents decided to get her brown contacts since it was a dark color. Somehow however, it looks strange on her but, it was the best they could do.

Hannah by this age, accustomed a strange scent that wouldn't come off. For some odd reason, she always smelled like lavender. At first, her parents thought she was wearing perfume. That was until, they remembered how she's allergic to perfume. It seemed to have stayed that way until age 10 when her hair started to saintly glow. Her parents made her wear a hoodie to cover her long wavy hair just so no one would realize her hair was glowing. So that was a good year. The next year though at age 11, Hannah kept saying how it was only a faint glow and that no one would notice. So, her parents allowed her to take off the hoodie as long as she let them know if someone noticed and of course she said "okay".

5 years later at age 16, Hannah accumulated her own ears to look like those of an elves and then she had to cover her ears with her hair which meant she'd never have her hair up. And that's where our Story begins...

"Lucy?" Ms.Menik called out.
"Here" said Lucy proudly.

"John?" Ms.Menik called.
"Here" John said lazily.

"Merrick?" She screeched out.
"Aloha!" Merrick said making them chuckle a little.

"Hannah?" She called her voice echoing across her class room nice and clear.

"Hannah Dimperwinkle?" She called again. This time, the class started to laugh about Hannah's funny last name as most people who heard it did. And just when Ms.Menik was going to mark her absent, Hannah barged in saying

" I'm here! I'm here! Sorry I'm late Ms.Menik, I had a doctor's appointment today and I couldn't miss it."

"I understand , but could you maybe next time warn me when it happens again? Id like to know these things so I don't mark you absent, alright?" She asked quietly.

"Yes, Ms.Menik" she replied.

" Okay, then please take your seat next to Ruby." Ms.Menik said politely.

As soon as Hannah step aside Ruby, Ruby started to chatter away saying " Another doctor's appointment? Really?"

"Yes another! You know those are important." She said back.

" what for? You never get sick and I think the weirdest part is that dr. Grayson doesn't freak over your hair and your ears! It's a miracle you still have him!" Ruby informed.

" sometimes I wonder if he's like me, just in disguise." Hannah replied.

" Maybe that's why."

Now that made more sense than her history teacher.
