One day, after school, Regina was not in her bests days. Like in those days that you wake up in a really bad mood.
She went straight to her bedroom and stay there for the rest of the day.
A few hours later, she went to the bathroom and saw that her favorite perfume, the one that Daniel had gave her, was almost empty. This made her angrier and she called for her sister.
"Oh you got to be kidding me! Zelena!!!"
She was now in her sister bedroom with the almost empty perfume on her hand.
"What?" Zelena said with an annoying voice.
"Have you been using my perfume? The one that Daniel gave to me?"
"What?! What perfume?" Zelena said.
"This one!!" Regina said putting the perfume in front of her face.
"Oh that one... Well mine is over and you have a lot of them so I just borrowed it." Zelena said with an evil little smile.
"I can't believe this! Zelena, this one was Daniel who gave it to me! This one was special!!"
"Well, I'm sorry? ... Look it's not my fault that this perfume was more in handy than the others and besides mine is already over and yours smells really good."
"Oh my God Zelena when are you going to learn to stay away from my stuff!! I'm really done with this!!" Regina yelled at Zelena. She was really angry.
"Well I don't care!! I don't give a dam about your stuff just get lost and never come back!!" Zelena yelled back.
This was definitely it. Regina just push her away making her fall down. She grab her coat, her keys and a bag with some clothes and left the house, closing the door with all of her straight.
She ran to Emma's house not really knowing what she was doing, not thinking straight about this all situation. All she wanted was a day or two off. A day or two without her parents, specially her mother, she couldn't believed that she didn't like Daniel, how couldn't she? He was so sweet and kind and really loves her daughter.
She needed a day or two without her sister, without her mean words and mean actions towards her and the people that she cared about.
Even her own house she needed a day off or two.
She was tired of everything. All she wanted was a break to cool off and take a really deep breath.
Though she really loved Daniel, she didn't wanted to see him. In fact she wanted a day or two without him around. So she ran to her best friend's house. She wanted to be alone and at the same time she didn't wanted to be alone. She new that Emma was good at that.
She took a deep breath in order to catch her breath and then knocked on the door.
Emma appear, minutes later, behind the door.
"Hey Gina!" Emma greeted chearfully, but soon changing her tone and her face expression as soon as she saw Reginas face. "Gina what's wrong? Are you okay?"
"Can I stay over for a couple of days?"
"Yes of course, come in."
They both went straight to Emma's room without saying anything and lay down on her bed.
"Do you want to talk about it?"
"Nope."
"Okay. I'm right here if you want to."
Regina didn't answer. Both of them just looked to the ceiling and soon they fall asleep.
A couple hours later, it was already dinner time and they woke up at the sound of Emmas mother calling her name.
"Emma come down, dinner is ready!"
They got up and went downstairs.
"Mom, do you mind if Regina stays over for a couple of days?"
"Yes, sure why not."
Emma's mother was already used to this. Or Regina went to Emmas house or Emma went to Reginas.
"Kay thank you."
The dinner went well. Neither Emmas mom or dad asked any questions, they were already used to have Regina there.
After dinner they both helped to clean the kitchen and next, they both went to Emma's room and changed to their pyjamas.
"So are you going to tell me now what's wrong?" Emma said.
"Nothing much. The usual actually. I was in a really bad mood and my sister just pissed me off and I just get more angrier and I had to leave. I guess I need some vacations from my life."
"God, that Zelena needs to get a life! But anyway you can stay here for as long as you want. You don't have to worry about anything."
"Thanks. But now, changing the subject, what's been going on with you and that hot guy with blue eyes?"
"What? Nothing!"
"Come on, I know you better than anyone, I know that something is going on with you about him."
"Fine, fine! Something is going on. I don't know how to explain, it's like he is a part of me, like he belongs to me or something. It's stupid, I know, I barely know him."
"I-I think you're in love with him."
"No I am not in love with him. I'm with Neal."
"Do you love Neal?"
Emma didn't answer that question. She just looked down, thinking about that question. A question that for the awnser she didn't knew if she was able to awnser anymore. She still cared about him but she didn't knew if it was enough to say that she loved him.
"Emma, do you love Neal?" Regina repeated the question realizing what her best friend was thinking.
"I-I-I don't know. Oh my God, I don't know!" Emma said with concern.
"Okay, calm down. It's not that bad."
"Not that bad?! Regina I'm going to break his heart! This is bad!"
"Come on Emma, I know you're a good person and all, but he is breaking yours. I know you. I know how much he hurt you by the way he treats you without you saying a word. Emma wake up, Neal is not good for you. I'm sorry but this is the truth."
Emma knew Regina was right, but she couldn't except it. She was those kind of persons who would rather suffer than see other people suffer. She knew Neals past and she knew how much he has been suffering about it, she couldn't make him suffer more by breaking his heart.
"Let's not talk about this anymore. Please." Emma begged Regina.
