I'm sorry for the short post, but sometimes in Sherlock the scenes are brief and act as a segway into the next section. This is a segway scene.
Cheers!

"Mary, is this in bad taste?" asked John, flipping his computer around for me to read.
"What exactly am I reading, Love?"
"My best man speech."
I smiled, and read it. "Sounds good, but maybe pontificate less on his virtues. He is a great man, granted, but you don't want to sound like you are arse kissing."
"Ouch." he said, giving me a reproachful look.
I shrugged. "I'm only telling the truth, Babe. I know you idolize him-"
"I do NOT idolize him!" he said, slamming down his pen. I gave him a look, and he bristled. "I do not." he hissed, trying to emphasize his point.
"No, you're right, it's more of a bromance." I said, in a purposefully offhanded way, and looked down at the hem of my tunic. I then looked up, to see John as red as a tomato, and I smirked.
"It is not a BROMANCE!"
