Jack's POV
I watched Max from a distance, being the over protective brother I was. It's been over a week since Georgia has disappeared and I could tell that Max's anger grew with each empty building.
"Max?" Parker poked her head out to see that Max was at the other end of the room.
"She's with Spark right now. My guess trying to convince him and herself that Georgia is okay" I looked up at her from the chair I sat in.
"Well she's going to school in twenty. If she likes it or not" Parker walked out of her office and over to them.
I was about to sit back down when two heavy men dragged a bloody man through the door.
"What's going on here-"Spark walked over before becoming frozen to the ground.
The fourth man walked in, holding a small girl in his arms. Her face was blood smeared and cuts and bruises lined her frail lifeless looking body. Her hair was beyond greasy and her skin pale, almost blue.
Max's POV
"Georgia!" I ran to her as Bone handed her into my arms.
Resting on the ground with her I gently pushed the hair from her face.
"Someone get me a medical, stop standing around!" I quickly searched for a pulse.
"What can I do" Spark sat across from me looking at his sister terrified.
"Get me wet towels and a blanket. There's a pulse so she hasn't left us yet" I snatched the first aid kit from Bone, who now had a bandage on the cut above his head.
Pulling out a needle and thread I tended to the worse of the cuts. Spark began to wipe the dirt and blood away from her face and arms. Pulling her shirt to expose her stomach, deep black and blue bruises lined her stomach.
Kill him.
I finished the last stitch and wrapped it in a bandage, trying to ignore the small voice in the back of my head.
"Spark I-" I looked up at him as he was crying holding Georgia's hand.
"Kill him" Spark looked at the man who was leaning agents the counter; one of his eyes was fully shut.
"My pleasure" I looked at Parker. "put Jack in your office"
"Why?!" Jack protested from besides Parker.
"She is-" Parker drifted off looking at me helpless.
"I am going to kill this man" I looked at him straight in the eyes. "And I'm going to do it as painful as possible.
