Chapter 14

FOREVER IS A LIE CHAPTER 14

LOGAN'S POV

"I can't believe she did that, like she just attacked me "

Jessie continues as I roll my eyes driving. She's been talking about the fight  (That she lost by the way) for the last hour.

I finally press my lips against hers just to shut her up, She tasted like strawberry lip gloss and dick. I feel her lips move against mine and I almost want to puke, She's like a dog who found the peanut butter and is just going to fucking town. I pull away and she smirks

'Well Logan, you really know how to make a girl stop talking "

I shake my head, No I don't because you are still fucking talking

Instead of saying anything I just smile and I look out across the parking lot, school ended about an hour ago but Jessie had cheer practice so i'm stuck  staying here waiting for her. She wraps her arms around my neck and leans in to kiss me again and I turned my head to dodge it, she groans but I can tell it's playfully on her side.

"You sir are going to kiss me "

She says and I shake my head smiling

"You are going to get to cheer practice, we'll talk about this kissing thing later "

I wink and I pat her butt a couple times before she unwraps her arms from me and starts walking to the field. I roll my eyes once she's far enough away and I lay on top of the hood on my car. I look out at the clouds and I smile slightly seeing the different little shapes that form, I couldn't help but think of when I was little, Carson and I would lay on my front lawn drinking soda's and looking at the clouds. We always would come up with stories for each cloud like back stories and stuff, that's probably one of my favorite memories to date. My smile falls a little when I was thinking of Carson, I wish I did so many things differently.

I look around the parking lot a little bit seeing the empty spaces, and the empty cars. The doors of the school open with a loud squeak I turn to the doors and I see Charlie. He is looking down at his phone and before I could stop myself I started walking over to him

" Hey, your Charlie right?"

I aks and he looks up nodding

"Yeah, what's up Logan?"

He asks and I look him up and down before scuffing softly

" What?"

He asks and I just shake my head

" Nothing, nothing. I was just wondering how long have you liked Carson"

His eyes widen a little before narrowing them

" Who told you ?"

He asks almost like a whisper

"It's pretty clear, I mean you look at her like she's the queen of the world or something "

I say laughing softly as he turns light red

"Well uh, at least I didn't blow it. She could still like me you have no chance "

He says and I stop laughing

" Oh yeah? You really think you can get a girl like Carson? That's cute you are strictly in the friendzone dumbass"

I say and he laughings

" At least she doesn't hate me "

He says and just shrug

" Hating me is only a temporary thing, you'll see I'll change her mind. But you will remain in the friendzone for ever "

I say before walking away going back to my car, I turn around seeing him typing quickly on his phone. No doubt probably texting carson, I lay back on my hood sighing softly. 

My phone buzzes from my pocket and I sit up a little taking my phone out my pocket

Why would you talk to Charlie like that? ~ Carson

I laugh softly, I knew he would text her fucking loser.

Because I can

I put my phone on my stomach knowing she'll text back so why would I even attempt to put it away

You are a jerk you know that?

Well maybe he should fight his own battles and not get you to fight them.

Well I wouldn't have to if it wasn't you.

Whatever, I don't have to take shit from someone who made me spend almost 200 dollars on my car

Well I thought you would like to have the roses back. Oh maybe you should just give them to Jessie

Someone sounds jealous

You wish.

I put my phone in my pocket and I sigh jumping off from the top of my car and getting in and I start driving. I don't know where I'm driving but i'm just driving, I watch as the houses and roads become a blur. I start driving faster and faster the houses become more of a blur the lights of the houses and the cars morphs  into one white light before.. Nothing
