My house

It's been a while... Im now 16 years old... I still remember Sebastian but I have no clue where he is. My "new" parents are never here I always have to take care of the cat... EVEN THOUGH IM ALLERGIC! This life sucks I kinda liked it better at the orphanage...

I got a phone call... it was a guy but he was in a bad place he told me to meet him at a store... WEIRD I mean I'm going to go but... i REALLY hope it's Sebastian i still remember him clearly... i Hope HIS life HAS been better than mine... i mis him so much... I looked over at my shrine for my mom and pictures of me and Sebastian it made me cry... gosh... I'm crying even now, IM GONNA GET MY JOURNAL WET NOOOOOOOOOOOO

I'm walking to the meeting place I looked around the corner and saw a tall slender guy that I didn't recognize... I walked up slowly and tapped him on the shoulder. He pulled his earbuds out and asked "brook?" I sheded a tear "Sebastian?" He looked shocked and pulled me into a hug and I wrapped my arms around him while crying "it's really YOU" I nodded while hugging him... of course the first thing I asked about him was "what's your life been like since your parents took you in?" He smiled "it's great I love everything about it, what about you?" I frowned "not as well as your life I guess, my parents are never home, I get sad." He hugged me tighter " happy late birthday " he pulled out a present and pulled himself out of the hug and gave me the gift... at that moment I got a call... guess who, my mom. I told him I had to answer and when I did I immediately got scolded for leaving the house "where are you Brooklyn?! Your supposed to be home working on chores and taking care of the animals and homework" I looked at Sebastian "hey mom can my "old" friend come over?" She sighed and said "sure..." I was excited and grabbed his hand and started pulling him while running, he was laughing and smiling. "The house is HUGE I mean huge!" We were almost there when we got there I entered the gate passcode. We entered and he froze in awe "this... this is your home?!" I looked at my feet "Y...yeah" he smiled and ran up to the door and knocked. "Silly I live here come on in!" I grabbed his hand and ran inside "hi mom! This is Sebastian remember him from the orphanage?" She smiled "yes, you talked about him constantly." I turned red "MOM" I grabbed his hand again and ran to my room. He sat on my bed... he was looking around. He looked at me and had this desired look of wanting. I walked to him slowly and sat on his lap. He was shocked, I was laughing and fell off. He sat there "hey... is everything ok?" He nodded but said "can you check out your gift?" I looked over at the present and opened it slowly looking at him... when I opened it was a small black box with a removable top. Before I removed the top I looked at him "w...what's this?" He nodded gesturing for me to open it so I removed the lid slowly. It was the picture I had given to him as a kid and I flipped it over and it said "I'm moving in a year unless I can change my moms mind" I was so shocked a tear fell down my face. I looked over at him "ask your mom now! If you can sleep over here! Right now Sebastian!" He was surprised but he did it anyway.

We talked about his message to me... I cried more He told me that I hadn't changed and that he loved that about me he said "you were always so sensitive" 
Hearing him say that made me smile. My mom busted into my room and when she started talking no... not talking I mean screaming it felt like the house was going to fall to the ground... "BROOKLYN YOU THINK IM GOING TO LET A BOY STAY HERE AND SLEEP OVER OH OH NO NOT MY PRECIOUS BABY NOT YET ATLEAST! YOUR NAME IS SEBASTIAN RIGHT?!" Sebastian nodded quickly "yes ma'm" she frowned "IF YOU THINK MANNERS WILL GET YOU OUT OF THIS YOUR WRONG" I was staring at her "mom... look I need to speak with him about something Very important... so please... let him stay for a while..." she took a deep breath and another "maybe for an hour or two but after that you two have to be in my sight at all times!" I smiled "thanks mom" she left and closed the door softly... Sebastian looked at me and chuckled "how do you keep up with her haha" I smiled and laughed "I'm not sure myself haha" we got quiet and looked at each other so I decided to break the silence "wanna... play the ouija board...?" He looked at me and nodded in agreement "yeah sure..." I got the board out and locked the door.
