After we went to Bobby's so that Dean could fix the rear window of his car, we left almost right away. Of course that it took Dean almost all day to fix his car and then we left right away. In the nearest town we stopped for dinner and then we kept driving. It eventually got too late so Dean just pulled that car over and we all fell asleep in it.
"Hey, how'd you sleep?" I hear Sam say to Dean who is grunting, which wakes me up. I slowly sit up and get out of the car too.
"How do you think?" Dean says.
"I'm starving, let's get breakfast." I say.
"Where? We're like two hours from anything." Sam says.
"But I'm hungry now."
"There's probably still a sandwhich in the backseat." I grab the paper bag that was on the seat and smell it. I instantly need fresh air. That stank.
"It's tuna." I say. I hate fish. We all hear a phone start ringing. Dean checks his pockets and then leans in to the car through the open window and into the glove box to get one of the many phones in there.
"Isn't that dad's phone?" Sam asks. Dean nods and then answers it.
"Hello? He can't come to the phone, can I help you? Well sorry to be the one to break this to you pal, but John died, more than two years ago. Who is this?" Dean finds out where this guy lives: Windom, Minnesota. Dean makes plans to meet up with this guy at the local diner. On our to this town Dean tells us that this guy's name is Adam Milligan and that he claims to be John's son. We pull into the diner's parking lot.
"Dean, look, best I can tell is that this Adam Milligan is real." Sam says as Dean goes straight for the arsenal. "He was born September 29th 1982 to Kate Milligan. No father listed on the birth certificate. He was an eagle scout. Graduated from high school with honors and currently goes to the university of Wisconsin, biology major, pre-med." Sam says listing off everything that he found out. "Dean, are you listening?"
"This is a trap." Dean says then walks away to the diner's doors. Me and Sam follow after. We all look around for a table. Dean picks the fathest one down. Him and Sam sit so they can see him when he comes in and I have no other choice but to sit in the window seat to leave the other seat open for this Adam guy.
"Dean, look, this kid checks out." Sam says.
"Oh great so he's an actual person on the planet earth. It sucks he's got a demon in him."
"Hi, welcome to Cousin Oliver's." The waitress says as she brings us glasses of water and some menus.
"Can I-"
"We're actually waiting on somebody." Dean interrupts her. She throws down the menus and walks away.
"What are you-" Sam stops himself as Dean takes glass of water and dumps it out in the plant behind him.
"Holy water?" I ask. Is he serious?
"Yup." Dean says. "One sip of this Jesus juice, this evil bitch is going to be really hurt." He places the glass back on the table.
"And what if he's not possesed?"
"Then he is a shapeshifter." Dean says as he pulls out something that's wrapped in a cloth.
"Hence the silver." Sam says as Dean takes the cutlery that was wrapped up and switches them with the cutlery on the table.
"Look either way, this thing is going to bleed. I mean, using dad as bait, that's the last mistake of it's short pitiful life." Me and Sam just look at him. "What?"
"Dean, listen, there's an entry in dad's journal from January of 1985, saying he's headed to Minnesota to check out a case, that's roughly about, oh 9 months before the kid was born." Sam says.
