♔ Marisa's POV ♔

I felt somewhat cosy and warm, very warm. I try to stretch my arms out and open my eyes to see my bedroom had changed. In fact this was not my bedroom, rather it was someone else's. I look beside me to see a sleeping Antoine, next to me with his arm around me, over my stomach.

I slowly try shuffle and gently pick up his arm, being careful not to wake him up as I move his arm away from me. I slide out of his bed, rubbing my eyes and get up to use his shower. On my way there, I notice my dress on a chair and realised I was wearing one of his tops that was bigger than me funnily enough.

After I freshened up, I came out of the shower ruffling my hair with the towel as I look at myself in the tall mirror that stood in front of me.

"Damn."

I look to the left of the mirror and notice Antoine just sitting up in bed, smiling at me as his eyes dwell in lust and admiration. It truly felt like I belonged to him, to this home of his and everything that surrounded him.

I turn around and giggle as I look at Antoine.

"Why did you say that?" I ask feeling quite confused.

"Because.." He replies, not quite finishing his sentence as he gets out of bed and walks up behind me.

"You're beautiful."

"Is that so?" I simply laugh, turning back around to face the mirror and lock in the water from my wet hair with my towel.

"You look great in my top. Better than anyone else's. Might have to get you to model for my merchandise." He laughs, putting his fingers on his chin and making the look of him analysing my figure.

"I see. Well, I do charge by the way." I laugh, putting the towel around Antoine's neck. Antoine just looks at the towel and grins.

"Oh really? Well how much are we talking here?" He asks, putting his arms around my waist.

"We're talking about-you to stop flirting with me." I giggle, gently slapping his face as I walk towards the door.

"Oh by the way, I'm keeping this top." I say, walking out of the door downstairs.

Antoine freshened up and came downstairs to find breakfast all laid out on the table. The radio was on and Love Me Harder by Ariana Grande was on. I stood by the kitchen counter, spreading some Nutella on my toast and even threw a few dance moves and twirls around the kitchen.

"Wow. This looks amazing Marisa." Antoine says, laughing and amazed.

I spin around and skip over to him and dance around.

"Cause if you want to keep me, you gotta gotta gotta gotta got to love me harder" I sing.

"And if you really need me, you gotta gotta gotta gotta gotta gotta got to love me harder".

Antoine just stands there laughing at me sing. This was my favourite song and I couldn't help but sing my best from the top of my lungs as if I were actually performing the song.

"I really love this song." I say, as I sit down with Antoine.

"I can tell by your dancing." He says, smirking as he takes a bite into his toast.

"Oh, better text Cris that I'm here otherwise he'll be worri-"

"I already done it Marisa. Don't worry, I texted him last night saying you're at mine. I also said that you're never leaving and I'm not gonna let you leave." Antoine laughs, his face so bright and glowing.

"Oh shut up!" I laugh, trying to pretend i'm angry but I was enjoying this. Then something hit me as I sat there watching Antoine laugh. There was something about his laugh; something about him.

It's like I never truly appreciated what I had in front of me. What was always there but I chose to avoid and ignore it. It wasn't even his looks. With every boy I've known and fell in love with, with every boy who fell in love with me. It was all looks but here I saw something else.

It wasn't long before my admiration for Antoine disappeared when he started choking on his food because he was laughing too much.

"Antoine?!"

I get up and pass him the glass of water that sat on the table to him, making him drink it and help relieve his throat.

"That's what happens when you laugh so much. Stop choking, you had me nervous." I snap at him annoyed.

"Ooh, you're really feisty when you're angry." He laughs, as he giggles to himself.

"No i'm not. Eat your breakfast you square." I say, annoyed.

"Square? What are you trying to say? I look like a square?" He rolls his eyes.

"Yeah." I say, taking a bite into my toast and then taking a sip of my water.

Antoine just looks at me and then replies, "Oh well I'd rather look like a square than a triangle."

Immediately, I spat out the water in my mouth and started choking.

"A what?" I say, coughing.

"Oh look who's choking now. That's what you get for discriminating squares." Antoine says, crossing his arms.

"Okay, can we stop arguing. We sound like five year olds and I hate arguing, especially with yo- I mean with people." I quickly pause and change the topic.

"I need to get back home after this, to see my mother." I smile, with the thought of my mother.

Antoine just sat there starring at me after what he was almost about to hear and then smiled and replied, "Yeah, sure sure."

It then went all quiet again as we both quietly ate with the radio on in the background until Antoine decided to get up and kneel down before me.

"Marisa"

"Yes Antoine?"

"I have something to say"

"What's that?"

He then leans closer to my face, near my ears and made it seem almost like he was going to kiss me but the boy had something else to say.

"Squares are still better."
