Chapter 9
Katie POV
So yah hey guys, yah I'm gonna right one more chapter after this and well....it's a surprise...hope you enjoy!
Ugh, work was hard. (Katie and Travis take on line college courses btw) And when I'm not working I'm taking courses.
Travis on the other hand got a decent job as well.
I had finally gotten home after a hard day of work, when I noticed Travis was home early.
(Travis and Katie are 22)
"Hey Travis" I said. "Hey" he said coming out of our bedroom. "Why are you all dressed up" I asked politely trying not to sound shocked.
"Um date night" he said. "Yah, I know that, but why you all dressed up" I asked. "Cause it's a fancy Restraunt" he said rolling his blue eyes.
"Yah ok, let me get dressed" I said walking towards our bedroom. "Ok" he said.
Once I was finished I came out in a green strapless dress with black flats. "Ready to go" he asked. "Yah just let me grab my purse" I said doing so.
"Where are we going" I asked once we were in the car. "A daughter of Hebe opened a Restraunt called Lethe said Travis. "Oh yah Lila" I said in a nonchalant tone.
"So after dinner we are gonna go to the new garden/ park that just opened" he said. "Perfect" I said.
After about 20 minutes of driving we arrived at Lethe. "Hey Katie" said Lila at the front showing us to our table. "Hey Lila" I said with a smile.
Travis and I sat down at our table.
Skip ahead like 30 minutes
"So let's go" said Travis leaving Lila a tip. "Yep" I said following him out the Restraunt.
"To the gardens" said Travis getting my car door. "Yes, away we go" I said. We then drove 20 minutes to the gardens and arrived.
"Travis it's beautiful" I said once we were on the cobble stone path. "Yah" he said grabbing my hand.
Then after five minutes of walking we stopped in front of a really beautiful arrangement of flowers that had been planted.
"What's the matter" I asked as we stoppesd. Travis then got down on one knee. "Katie, I've known you since we were right, I've liked you since we were eleven. I've loved you since we were sixteen, and Katie Gardner, will you spend the rest of your life with me asked Travis holding a ring.
"Yes" I said tears filling my eyes. He then put the ring on my finger and hugged me.
So there you go an update. Sorry to those people who really like this story, but after this update there is only gonna be one more chapter. I hoped you enjoy. Bye!
