I GOT A PUPPY! I'm so excited! He's literally the cutest little ball of fur on the planet! His name is Skipper, and he's a mix between a poodle and some sort of herding dog that I can't remember the name of.
He's so adorable, I just had to brag about him! My mum didn't want another dog, but my darling sister fell in love with the puppy, and the rest is history! Here, have a picture of him! He's really sleepy in it, he fell asleep a few seconds after I took it. Lol!

Why am I doing an author's note for the sole purpose of telling you about my new puppy...?

Good question. My answer is this; I'm doing this author's note for two reasons!
So I've decided to do something that I think will be really fun! Seeing as it's the holiday season, and I want to give you guys something as a gift, I'm going to be writing a book of little holiday one-shots! I'm already doing a Soriel one, in case you were curious.
Just comment below your favorite ships, and I'll try to write you a one-shot about them! The book will be separate from this one, and will most likely be called "Holiday One-Shots."
So. If you want me to write a one-shot for your favorite ship, I'm accepting requests at this time! I think I'm going to write mostly fluff, but if you have something else in mind, mention that along with your ship.
If you're wondering about the next chapter of this story, I'll have you know it's coming along nicely! I'm very excited to upload it, and will do so the moment I finish proof-reading it!
