erin's pov:
i woke up and got ready for school, then walked over to weston and kalynns house so we can go to school together like usual.
we started walking and i felt weston grab my hand.
nervous, i pulled my hand back and frowned at weston, i mouthed sorry
"it's okay" he mouthed and gave a light smile

"you two are acting so strange" kalynn laughed
"what's wrong guys?" she asked

"nothing" we said in sync.
"haha .. whatever you weirdos" she said
we nervously laughed back.

...
i sit with weston in this class now and as soon as we sat down he put his hand on my knee gently.
i giggled and nudged his hand away.

"what's wrong" he laughed
"weston we can't get used to this" i reminded him
"used to what?" he said and kissed me cheek, he knows what i mean but he's just playing dumb.
i immediately blushed, laughed and said
"well i guess we just have to get good at hiding it"
i noticed westons face immediately brighten up. "better than nothing" he smiled and side hugged me.

then i felt my phone vibrate, i got a text from my friend haley who sits a few tables down from us.
haley- erin are you two like a thing now?
me- noo uh why??
h- uh i saw you two and i ship it! omg y'all need to date ;)
me- ha you're funny.. we're just best friends
haley- ha ok. best friends, with benefits ;)
me- its nothing haley just please don't tell anybody
haley- awe too cute. i won't dont worry, talk to me if you need to. im here boo
me- alright thank you..

i know some day everyone is gonna find out that weston and i are lowkey together.. i'm just not ready for that yet.

the lesson started and everyone just sat there pretending to pay attention like usual..
weston grabbed my hand under the desk and intertwined with my fingers. my heart felt warm and i didn't wanna let go.

the bell rang for lunch so weston and i went and grabbed pizza from the cafeteria, we sat alone this time.

about ten minutes later i saw those girls from last week.

"weston you don't have to sit with her she doesn't need you" the blondish one said

"uh i chose to sit with erin. just leave if you don't like it" weston snapped.

i just sat there not saying anything.

"yeah whatever" she said rolling her eyes.

they stood there for a few seconds until weston stood up and lost it.

"alright can you just leave us alone! like am i not allowed to sit with my girlfriend at lunch? what's yalls problem?!" then he froze before he could say anything else.

my eyes widened but i smiled

"oh you two are a thing now?" the brunette one asked.

"yea yea now excuse you we're hungry" weston told her, waving his hand like he was shewing them away.

"come on bri just leave them alone"
the brunette said to the blond girl.

so that's her name. bri.

"fine whatever abbie" bri said storming away
"sorry guys..." the other girl abbie awkwardly said.
"it's fine, thank you" i said honestly
"alright well.. i .. gotta go" she said slowly backing away, then running off to bri.

-wait weston, you said girlfriend?" i said

"oh yeah sorry i just thought.. uh"
"no it's okay" i smiled
his blush of embarrassment turned into smirk.

we got up and started walking to my locker to get ready for last period.
weston held my hand again and this time i didn't pull back.

" just to be clear .. you do like me right" weston randomly said
"weston are you kidding" i laughed
he looked at me and kinda smiled
"no i'm not.." he said
i looked around to make sure no one was there and then jumped to weston and kissed him for a few seconds and he kissed back right away.

"does that answer your question?" i smiled, and we continued to walk
"yes, a+" he laughed
"perfect" i said as we left my locker.

dismissal bell rings

"okay weston. we gotta tell kalynn she's gonna be more upset if she finds out from someone else.." i said

"tell her when we're walking home, we'll just bring it up lowkey" he said

"alright" i nodded
we looked at each other and smiled again. weston had the cutest smile .. i can't believe i'm falling in love with him... who would have thought ...
