erin's pov

i didn't like the look on my mom's face. it's her look of guilt and nervousness.

"so koury's, the reason your dad transferred to our company is because there's this new job offer. it's an amazing opportunity and we get a raise, and.... a cool new place to live!...." my mom smiled awkwardly

"new place to live?" i asked

"we're all moving to florida!" she said

"what!!??" all three of us said in sync.

"i don't know if i'm excited, or...or sad or.." i said
"me neither" kalynn and weston said together.
"when are we moving?" weston asked
"florida" kalynn and i looked at each other.

"in three weeks" my mom said

"but wait where are we gonna live? what part of florida? this is too unreal." i said

"miami! we'd be next door to each other in this brand new neigjborhood"

weston grabbed my hand

"are you guys excited?" my mom smiled

"yea!" we all smiled and nodded

but we were also all feeling the same pit in our stomachs about it.
florida is beautiful! but our friends? we can't leave them...

we got out of the car and both our families talked about this together in my house.

on monday the three of us walked into the school with nervous faces.

we met at my locker and told everyone the news.

"sorry guys.. we might have ruined your day"
i said

everyone hugged and soon smiled.
"you guys are lucky to have this opportunity! miami? i'm so jealous!" haley smiled trying to brighten the mood.
"aw thanks" i smiled.
"i can't believe my best friend is leaving! but.. enjoy it buddy. hot weather, beaches, hot girls" zach teased weston.
weston laughed and kissed my cheek
"i already got one of those" he smirked
"BLEhhh"! kalynn cringed
i smiled and kissed westons cheek
"sorry kalynn, that was just for you" i laughed.
she just pretended to choke

brett and abbie decided that we should have a party, this saturday the day after homecoming.

i keep forgetting about that..

homecoming is friday and i don't have anything to wear, and i'm in a cast! how am i supposed to do anything?

...after school
kalynn haley abbie and i went dress shopping, i was kinda slow with my cast but they all stayed back and helped me out.

everyone got really cute dresses, and we took tons of pictures.

i sent a picture of abbie to brett, but she didn't know

he replied with
" oh my god she's beautiful. "
then he spammed her on snapchat with heart eyes, she was confused at first but i think she figured it out when she saw me laughing.
brett and abbie are honestly perfect for each other.
personality, looks and just everything.

abbie has long wavy dark brown hair, she's pretty short and has insane blue eyes!
brett's got short brown hair with green eyes, and he's almost 6' feet tall.

after i got home i just finished my homework, ate dinner then went to bed.

kalynn and i went to haleys house to get ready since she lives on the same street as zach, we didn't do too much other than a little makeup and jewelry.
once we got dressed we walked downstairs and went outside, and zach, weston and ian were standing there wearing nice clothes, not too fancy which was good. but they looked really good

weston looked so nice, i blushed immediately when i saw him.

"wowza" westons jaw dropped
"wow" i smiled

"you're cute" he managed to say clearly
"oh thanks but, look at you" i said smiling.
he laughed and said
"come on erin i'm not letting you walk" weston said picking me up

"noo it's okay. i can do it"

"nope" he laughed and started walking with me to the school.
