~ Chapter 1: The call ~

**Time skip: After 4th period**

Xavier and me walked out of out fourth period (which is the period after lunch) as we got to our lockers i asked "Did emilys parents pick her up yet, she text me saying they were going to" I said opening my locker putting my books inside "Yeah, they did" he said taking out his book for the next class when saw that blonde bitch who's name I found out is Jennifer. Walk into the girls bathroom alone, out of the corner of my eye "I'll be right back" I said with a smirk to Xavier slamming my locker shut.

I walked into the bathroom to see Jennifer looking at herself in the mirror "I'm surprised your in here and not sucking dick behind the bleachers"
I said behind her with a smirk she giving me a dirty look and rolled her eyes "Watch your mouth fucken emo" she said turning around to face me "What? Can't find another way to insult me without using the word emo, uh blonde bitch!" I said walking up to her

Suddenly I was pushed onto the floor "I'm not a bitch, I'm gonna teach you your place here, your nothing but an outcast just like your other stupid friend!" She yelled and punched me before I could get up. Jennifer got on top of me, about to punch me when I pushed her off of me. Getting up I punched her in the stomach causing her to cough then I pushed her against the wall making her head hit the wall "Oh you bitch" she groan about to come at me when I grabbed a fist full of her blonde hair and started to punch her face, "Hey what's going on here!" I heard someone yell but I was to blinded by anger to care so I kneed her in her stomach punching her multiple times but then she punch me across the face causing me to fall on the floor. I growled spitting out some blood and tackled her onto the floor and started to swing, going off on her.

Suddenly I was lifted off of Jenifer and into someone's arms "That's enough you two!" The person said holding me back as Jenifer got up then punched me again. "Hey!" A security said holding her back. "Let me the fuck go!" I yelled trying to get to Jenifer. "Come on let's go" the security that was holding me back said "You two are in so much trouble" the one holding Jennifer add, walking us out of the bathroom. Until now I just noticed that a lot of people were watching the hole time, including Xavier...

Me and Jenifer entered the principal's office "Andrea! Your back" she said putting down her cup of whatever she was drinking. "What can I say, people love me" I said sarcastically sitting down on a chair that was in front of the principal's desk "She attacked me" Jenifer said "oh really I beg to differ, little Miss I didn't do nothing, we have students who don't like you very much who saw what happened" Miss Wilson the principal said as she stared to type something in her computer "W-What are you doing"
Jennifer asked looking so scared that I couldn't help but laugh "Laugh it up, Andrea but that smile with be gone when both of your parents get here" Miss Wilson said causing me to stop "Well fuck" I mumbled

**Time skip**

"What did I told you Andrea?!" My mom said furious as we walked into the house, "No fighting but mom, she deserved it! She's the one who-" i was cut off by a pain in my cheek making my head turn "I don't care if she deserved it or not, you don't go around and beat up people! For god sakes, your 19 going to be 20 next year!! you about to finish your senior year!" She yelled at me as I held the cheek she slapped me on "Tell me this Andrea...do you remember why you were held back?" She asked "Cause I would get kicked out of school's for all the fights and trouble I would cause" I mumbled

She gave me a hard look before she shook her head and paced back and forth in the living room "They could press charges on you if you keep this up" she said "I'm sorry mom, I-I just snapped and" she quickly cut me off turning to me "No, you know what? Your going to stay with your brother" she said looking at me dead in the eyes. "What mom, no Andy lives with the hole band together, CC is gonna be their!" I said as my eyes widened "I don't care, your going and that's final" she said picking up her phone

Andy's POV:

The guys, Juliet, Ella, Alice, Jinxx, CC and Ashley were in the living room while I was in the kitchen grabbing a beer when I got a call from my mom."Yeah sure, Andrea could stay with us" I said with a smile walking into the living room where the guys and our girls were "Thank you Andy, I'll drop her off in a few" she said I nodded but then remembered she couldn't see me "Yeah sure I'll have a room ready for her I said, and with that said our goodbyes then ended the call. I took a seat next to Juliet putting a arm around her "Your sister coming?" Juliet asked resting her head on my chest. "Yeah, she will be here in a few" I said kissing her head "you hear that CC, Your best friend is coming" Ashley teased with a slight chuckle "She's not my best friend" CC said drinking some of his beer.
"Why don't you two get along?" Alice asked sitting on Jinxx's lap. "I don't know, she hates me for some reason" CC said sounding a bit... Hurt?
