The next morning I woke up with a groan feeling so tired Why the hell did I even stayed up late last night?! I thought to myself making my way to the bathroom with a towel in hand. "Oh yeah cause I had the bright idea to wait for the others to get home with CC only to have him yell at me then kiss me" I said But I really didn't mind the kiss out loud undressing myself and stepping into the shower.
After I showered, brushed my teeth, I changed into a with some black jeans and my combat boots then did my makeup, which consisted of dark red lipstick.
Grabbing my bag I walked out to the kitchen to see Andy sitting on at the table with his head down on the table groaning in pain I chuckled walking over and grabbing a apple from the counter "Is it that bad?" I asked sitting on the counter.
"It's the worst hangover, ever!" He exclaimed but quickly regretted it as he let out another groan lifting up his head. "It's not funny Andrea" he mumbled seeing me trying not to laugh. "Kinda is, anyways I better get going before I'm late for school since you could barely function with that headache" I said hopping off the counter.
"Okay, be careful and don't get into any trouble" Andy said "Yeah, no promises" I said jokingly walking out the kitchen only to bump into someone "Shit sorry, you okay?" I heard CC say looking down at me, meeting my gaze. "Uh yeah, I'm fine" I said feeling myself start to choke on my words.
Mentally rolling my eyes at how I got so flustered around CC, said, "Well um I've got to get going to school before I'm late" looking away from his gaze.
"Doesn't Andy normally take you?" He asked "Yeah but since he has a major hangover he's not gonna be able to" I said readjusting my bag "I could take you" he suggested with a adorable smile "No I'm fine walking"
"Come on, just let me take you" He insisted "No CC I'm-... No CC put me down!" I half laughed half yelled as he picked me up and putting me over his shoulder walking with me out the house before grabbing his keys and closing the door behind him.
"Oh my god CC, put me down" I laughed "Okay fine" He said opening the car door and putting me inside the passenger seat. "I hate you" I said crossing my arms with a pout. "Aww I love you too" He chuckled making my heart flutter wait what am I saying?!
He closed the door before walking over to the drivers side then getting inside and driving off to my school. "I can't believe you just kidnapped me" I said playfully glaring at him. "I didn't kidnap you I'm just helping you get to school" He smiled glancing over at me. "Yeah against my will" I laughed.
"Whatever" He chuckled stopping in front of the school. "Thanks CC" I smiled grabbing my bag "I'll pick you up after school alright?" He said as I opened the door "Fine but no more caring me" I said "No promises" He chuckled as I closed the car door and walked inside the school gates as he drove off. I smiled like an idiot the whole way to my locker.
But it quickly fade away remembering that I haven't hear of or seen Emily ever since the last time I talked to her which was weeks ago, while Xavier was avoiding me and ignoring my text and calls. I sighed opening my locker grabbing my book for my class. I slammed it shut only to see Emily walking towards me with her head down. "Emily!" I exclaimed running over to her and pulling her into a hug.
"Where were you? Are you okay? What happened why did you miss so many days of school? I tried texting you and calling you but you never answered" I rambled on "I'm fine" She said putting away from my embrace, Her eyes were bloodshot with bags under her them, it looked like she hadn't slept in days. Her eyes were dull, almost lifeless. "Emily, please don't lie to me, tell me what's wrong?" I asked.
"Nothing, Andrea I'm fine" She said even her voice seamed lifeless and tired. I sighed grabbing her hand and pulling her to the girls bathroom and closed the door so no one could come in. "Emily, I know your not "fine" I could see it in your eyes even in your tone, please talk to me" I pleaded putting air quotes when I said fine
