~ Chapter 16: The First [Part 1]

"You finally did it, didn't you!"Ashley smiled brightly I had told him about the agreement me and Andrea had last night and about the kiss and the time on the roof. I also told him that I was starting to want to be around her more everyday so he told me that I might have feelings for her which I thought was ridiculous considering that we had so many agreements before these weeks and the fact that she is my best friend's sister.

But he finally convinced me that I should just give it a try and if we feel that 'spark' then to go for it. "Yeah but I'm not sure if it was the right time to ask her out" I said seeing Ashley's smile leave his face "What do you mean?"

"What I mean is that Andrea found out that her friend, Emily is getting not only bullied at school but on Facebook too and then..." ugh I couldn't even say it! why am I getting all worked up over her ex!

"Then what CC? Come on tell me" Ash asked curiosity noticeable in his voice. "Her ex wants Andrea back and he rejected Emily who likes him" I sighed feeling like I was in high school all over again.

"And she doesn't want him back right?"

"Yeah bu-"

"That means she is over him, she doesn't want nothing more than a friendship from him" Ashley said cutting me off before I could protest "And the whole thing about it being a bad time to ask her is a load of bull, this is actually a perfect time since she is having a bad day from everything that's going on with her friends you could make her day better so don't start to have second thoughts on taking her out and make it better, take her out somewhere fun where she forgets about all her troubles"

"You're right, but what about Andy, wouldn't he think something is going on?" I asked "Don't worry I'll just tell him that she wanted to go out cause she was board so she told you to go eat with her" He smiled patting my back reassuringly. "Thanks man but I don't think their isn't gonna be any 'spark' we've heated each other for so long, it's a miracle that we are talking to each other" I chuckled "Ya never know, now go get in the shower and get ready" He said standing up from the couch. I nodded with a big grin before leaving upstairs to my room feeling my excitement grow.

Come on Ella tell me something I'm starting to freak out over here" I sighed as many thoughts ran through my mind. "Breath, okay" Ella said calmly standing up from the bed as I nodded waiting for her to continue. "Now tell me what happened" I nodded once again before telling her everything that happened today. "And I'm not sure if I'm just overreacting thinking he is asking me out on a date when he's not" I finished looking at her with hopeful eyes hoping she could just help me.

"Okay look you clearly had a shit load of stuff going on today and to answer your question on whether or not it's a date well let me tell you it is in fact a date, so what you're gonna do next is let me do you're makeup" Ella said smiling brightly as the words that left her lips settled in. I'm going on a date.... With CC, the guy who I "hated" for years is taking me out on a date.

"Andrea!"

"Sorry what were you saying?" I asked snapping out of my thoughts. "I was saying if you would let me do you're makeup" Ella said giving me a knowing look as I nodded mumbling a "Yeah" sitting down as she began to grab mascara, lipstick, eyelash curler, eyeliner, and some nail polish. She then carefully started to do my makeup.

"Ella this is amazing! Thanks" I smiled looking at my reflection on the mirror, after she had done my makeup she brought me some clothes that I changed into and to say the least I love it.

"Well I am amazing" she laughed. "Oh shit what time did CC say you town were gonna leave?" Ella asked her eyes slightly wide. "6 but we still have time, don't we?" I asked turning away from the mirror, "No it's 6:10 hurry up and go downstairs he's probably waiting!" She exclaimed as I nodded rushing out Jake and Ella's room heading downstairs to see CC sitting on the couch with his elbow on his knees and Ashely besides him. "Sorry I'm late, CC" I said walking over to him as he looked at me while a smile started to form on his lips. "It's cool, are you ready?" He asked standing up "Yup"

"Alright let's go" CC smiled before we both walked out getting into his car but not after hearing Ashely yell "Have fun lovebirds!"

A small laugh left my lips as I started to feel nervous, I don't know why though. Me and CC have gone out to places alone together before but why was this different? "You okay?" His voice broke through my train of thought. "Yeah, just a lot in my mind" I said looking over at him meeting his gaze.

"Okay well just a heads up I'm gonna make sure you're day goes from crappy to happy" CC said making me laugh as he drove off. Maybe this won't be as bad as I thought
