Alright, heads up, this chapter is being posted from my iPhone, and it's completely unedited. So it's probably going to suck, but I'll edit it later... Maybe :P

Oh, laziness is amazing...

Wishing you good reading,

Chapter 5

~Kennedy~

"I just can't decide," Kennedy cocked her head to the side. "Black or blue?"

Piper glanced up from Kennedy's collection of trophies and surveyed the bathing suits.

"Definitely black. Way hotter." Piper said. Kennedy smiled, she was beginning to make a friend out of her guest.

After Josh had left Piper's room, Kennedy made the first move to friendship -- asking her what to wear. Piper laughed and dragged Kennedy back up to her own room to survey the selection.

Over the course of two hours, the girls did nothing but talk about themselves and their lives. They shared a bunch of funny, corny, and sad moments in their lives with one another. The pair really bonded.

Of course, Kennedy still needed to find a suit. So, with twenty minutes left before their departure, they began to skim through Kennedy's extensive collection of suits.

Now they sat on Kennedy's bed and looked over all of her suits, deciding on the two-piece black bikini. Piper ushered Kennedy to the washroom to try it on.

When Kennedy walked out of the washroom, Piper gave out a whistle.

"Wow, Kennedy! You look ah-may-zing!" Piper said, putting much emphasis on the last word, causing Kennedy to blush a dark red.

"You think so?" she said shyly. Piper laughed at Kennedy's sudden shyness and nodded encouragingly.

"Yes! Josh will love it," she said. Kennedy froze on the spot.

"Josh? No... I have a boyfriend, Piper. Did I forget to tell you?" Kennedy asked. She was certain she had told Piper about Ben.

Piper rolled her eyes at Kennedy. "Yes, you made SURE to tell me about Benny Boy about a thousand times." Piper laughed, and Kennedy laughed along with her. Kennedy was beginning to think Piper would make a good friend, she had a great sense of humor.

"But!" Piper pointed at Kennedy, "Josh totally has the hots for you. I say don't go for him, he'll go for the shag then pretend like you never even met. But why don't you make him a little.. Jealous?" Piper smiled evilly. Kennedy cocked an eyebrow at her suggestion.

"Oh? And what did you have in mind, my dear Piper? And my I also ask, why?" Kennedy said, eyebrow still cocked at a mischievous angle. Piper returned Kennedy's mischievous expression with a devious one of her own.

"So, I had this boyfriend Randall. And Josh didn't like him, even though they were totally alike. Players! I was only dating Randall because I didn't have a date to this dance thing, but Josh obviously didn't know that, being the oblivious idiot he is. So Josh decides he's going to break me and Randall up. How? He goes on a date with Randall's ex-girlfriend, at the same time and place as me and Randall. She gets totally jealous, walks over to us, and dumps my plate of steaming hot lasagna on my head. I go all out on her and stab her in the arm with my fork. Completely out of self defense! Randall laughs and breaks up with me on the spot. And since then, I can't hold down a boyfriend because they think I'll go all rage mode on their exes." Piper finished her tale in record time. So fast, Kennedy didn't have time to laugh at the appropriate parts.
