Chapter 2

>Josh<

"Josh, Josh we've landed, hon. Wake it up." Jennifer Burke said to her son Josh. He yawned and rubbed his eyes.

"What? We're here?" Josh asked, half awake. Jennifer laughed and nodded, yes.

Josh turned his head to the right to see his sister, Piper, packing up her carry on bag. No matter how hard she tried, Piper could never sleep on airplanes.

"Have a nice nap, Piper?" Josh teased. Piper scowled half-heartedly, probably because she was so tired.

"Shut it, Josh. At least I didn't sleep for eighteen hours straight, so I'll be able to sleep once we get to Mom's friend's house." Piper retorted.

Josh laughed. "Obviously you don't know me then, as I can sleep whenever and wherever." Jennifer broke up the bickering between her children and waited to unboard the plane.

"Mom? Who's picking us up from the airport?" Piper asked. Jennifer smiled.

"Tara is sending her daughters to pick us up. I think their names are Kennedy and Isabella. Kennedy is your age and I think Isabella is thirteen." Jennifer replied. Josh's ears perked up at the mention of Tara's daughters.

Our age, eh? Josh thought, Maybe I can have some fun this winter. Wait, it's summer here.. Got to get used to that. Josh noted, anyways, might as well play a little while I'm here. He thought deviously. If he could get the older girl- what was her name? Kara? Kelsey? Anyway, it didn't matter as long as he could play a little bit this summer.

"Ugh, I'll bet you're thinking you can have shag the older one, aren't you?" Piper asked Josh, seeing the smile upon his face. "You are such a pig, Joshua." Piper rolled her eyes. Josh smiled at his twin.

"Your just upset that the older one isn't a guy. If she was, you'd shag her by tomorrow." Josh retorted as Piper rolled her eyes at him once more.

Half an hour and six more arguments later, They stood at the front of the airport, awaiting the arrival of their ride.

Wait. Josh thought as the cars went by, how are we supposed to know which car is picking us up?

As if she knew what Josh was thinking, Piper asked Jennifer what car belonged to Tara and her daughters. It was like that between Josh and his twin; one would say what the other was thinking. It was kind of like twin telepathy.

"Tara told me that they have a black pickup. I know what the little one, Isabella, looks like. Tara sent me the picture. The picture of Kennedy was lost in the mail somehow.." Jennifer replied. Piper nodded, now on the lookout for a black pickup.

After spotting ten different pickups, one stopped right in front of them. A lot of noise came from inside the truck, resulting in a small girl, about the age of thirteen, emerging from the pickup.

The girl, sporting some very high heeled boots, turned towards the pickup, obviously pouting.

"Izzy," an impatient voice came from the drivers seat, "go look for them! You saw the picture Mom's friend sent, I didn't! You're freaking old enough to go look for them without me. If you're old enough to wear those freakish heels, you're fucking old enough to go look!" the girl mumbled a reply and turned around again, slamming the door behind her.
