The four pulled up to the party, curiously wandering around the front yard.
Gaten's house was big.
Big? Sorry, I meant massive.
The whole group had wondered why he hosted a party there; I mean, there must've been about 20 rooms total and loads of teens. There's bound to be a mess afterwards and surely his parents would see it.
I've never been to a party like this before, I don't want to get peer pressured into anything. But if Finn does something, I might as well try it.

_

Millie, as nervous as possible, waved hello to all her peers.
She tugged harder onto Finn's shirt.
"Hey, hey," he turned to the girl, looking terrified.
"Take it easy there." He grasped onto Millie's hand.

_

It had been about fifteen minutes since they had arrived; Finn and Millie still weren't done exploring the house. They reached the far left of the house, which was their last part.
The room was quiet, and peaceful. It was so far, the blasting music was almost so faint you couldn't hear it.
"Honestly, I'd rather stay in here," Millie shrugged, by now she had let Finn's hand go.
Finn took a seat on one of the leather couches.
They had been surrounded by bookshelves from left and right.
It was obviously a library.
Finn walked up to the "K" section.
"Wow, they've got all the Stephen King books!" He snorted happily, picking up the book "Misery". (That novel is very good please read it!)
Millie grinned, she didn't know how much of a bookworm he could be.
Does he like reading? If so that's adorable.
"Does my boy like books?"
My boy? He's going to think I'm insane.
"Oh, so now I'm your boy?"
"I mean-"
"No, I like it," Finn smirked.
"You can be my girl."
The way he had said my girl made her heart drop.
Finn could tell too.
"And no," he said shoving the book back into place as if the situation didn't even happen.
"You sure?" Millie asked, leaning against the "K" section.
"Yes," he walked away from the bookshelf back to the leather couch and Millie followed him.
"We should get going, ya know, back to the party," Finn trailed off.
No, I don't want this to end. It's so quiet and lovely!
"No."
"What-"
"I don't want to leave."
"Millie I-"
KISS HIM?
KISS HIM!
She grabbed his face, and kissed him quickly.
"Oh," he said, smiling.
"I do love my girl."
Oh Finn.
"And I love my boy."
It was silent, they both stared at each other.
"So," Finn started.
"What does this mean for us? Are we officially dating?" He asked grinning.
"I mean, don't you think?"
"Totally." He smiled back.
"And since we were friends before, we already know each other," she said, playing with the tassels on her wallet.
"Yeah," they just looked into each other's eyes.

_

The two made their way back to the living room and bar.
There was Gaten, downing a bottle of vodka.
Sadie and Noah, giggling about god knows what.
Finn rolled his eyes at the sight of Gaten.
"Do you drink?" He screamed over the loud music.
"No," she said back, just as loud.
"Maybe tonight will be your first, and no matter what I'll make sure you don't drink too much,"
I don't want to drink. But..
She saw Finn grab someone's cup and chug it.
Millie's jaw fell to the floor.
"What?" He pushed back that same piece of hair of hers.
Did he just?
It was like she had never seen anyone drink before.
"You-hoo?" He asked the girl who was stunned.
"D-did you just drink that all?"
I'm so clueless.
"Yeah, and?"
"Nothing, sorry. One for me?"
"Of course."
Finn got her a cup filled with the badly smelling drink.
She chugged just like he had.
Finn was surprised; she had never drank once before.

_

After about one more drink, both were sober and okay.
"Lets not go too far." He said grabbing her hand to another side of the house.
Finn was surely bad, but there was a responsible side to his edgy one.
Millie admired that.
That right there is my boy.
Next, they saw some kids doing drugs.
I beg to whatever God there is, please, please, tell me Finn doesn't do that.
Millie has never seen drugs in real life before; this put her in a bit of a panic.
"Finn do you?" She pointed at the three huddled up.
"No, no," he said disgusted.
"But I do this."
He grabbed out a pack of Camels, the best cigarettes he thought to be.
Dear lord. At least it's not drugs.
Millie was thankful; her mother smokes.
"Millie, do you smoke?"
"No, why?"
"You have a bit of tabacco scent on you,"
What? Fuck my mother.
Millie frowned. She didn't want to smell bad, and she didn't want her love to smell it.
Finn noticed, "not that I'm complaining."

_

Finn lit the cigarette and took his first puff.
Millie was used to the thick air and harsh scent.
"Want one?" He asked, handing her a cigarette.
"I don't smoke."
"I understand."
He doesn't pressure me.
Finn finished and decided her was done.
He threw it on the ground and stepped on it with his dirty converse.
Millie just watched.
"Hey, do you usually do this by yourself?"
"Huh?" He asked, turning towards her.
"Smoke? Out here, by yourself at parties?"
"Yeah, I don't mind, it's my chance to be by myself without any worries or stress."
Didn't know there was a softy side.
Millie just nodded and smiled.
