Millie was worried.
"Oh my," she began, breathing heavily at Finn's secret garden.
"what just happened?" Millie finished, sitting down on a huge rock.
"I'll tell you what just happened," he walked towards her,
"my stupid father, that's what." Finn looked sad, angry, upset.
Please don't be sad.
Millie wanted to cheer him up but she didn't know how, then it sparked.
"I love my boy." She blinked fast then grinned at him.
"Do you?"
"Yes. A lot."
"I love my girl." He smiled back at her.
"Oh I forgot," Finn said, staring at her, "Caleb invited me over to hang out with Gaten and Noah."
She frowned; she didn't want to leave him.
"You can bring Sadie. I'm one hundred percent sure they wouldn't mind."
"Yeah, that sounds great. Apparently Sadie and Noah are a thing? I don't know-"
"It's so,"
"Cute?" The two said in unison.
It was truly adorable. They had liked each other for over two years and never said anything. It reminded Millie and Finn of themselves, considering how they were friends before they dated.
She wanted to check the time, and when she spotted her watch, she realized her gold wristlet was missing.
Oh no, where's my bracelet?
"Shit." Millie face palmed himself.
"What?" Finn says, worried.
"My bracelet is missing!" She was in a panic because she had always thought it gave her good luck.
"Oh god, I think you dropped it at my house. There's no way in hell were getting in and out of there alive." He became scared.
"Yeah."
"Besides, I'll probably buy you something else." He smirked, and the two headed to Caleb's house.
