Finn played with Millie's short hair as she rested her head on his shoulder.
Not saying a word, they just laid there together.
"I'm quite hungry," he said sitting up.
"Me too," Millie got off the bed and stretched her body.
"Let's go downstairs to eat something."
They pounced down the steps together.
The two reached the kitchen and Finn opened the dish washer, putting in the wine glasses so they'd have room on the counter.
He took his hand and peered into the fridge looking for anything slightly edible.
Since Finn's father was always out he didn't care about what food he had.
There was expired food and moldy food.
He found strawberries, which were almost not good to eat.
Millie just watched his every move and took a seat on a barstool.
She gazed at him, she had always wanted to date someone who knew how to cook; or at least the proper things to do when you were going to eat.
Finn washed the strawberries and cut them up into a bowl.
"Not exactly gourmet food, but this is what we got." He slid the bowl towards her and chuckled.
She eyed the strawberries deciding which one she wanted to eat first.
Millie grabbed one; the tip of her pointer finger became pink.
Tease him.
She slowly ate away, knowing this excited Finn.
Finn thought she was teasing, and indeed she was.
"Want one?" She asked.
He nodded.
The two ate and Finn couldn't stand it; he grabbed her face and kissed her.
She wasn't expecting it so soon, she surely thought he'd wait after the second one.

There was about five slices of the strawberries left, and they were talking, giggling, having fun.
"This was so much better than that restaurant." Millie bit her lip, she made sure when she said 'restaurant' that she sounded disgusted.
Finn agreed.
All of a sudden, tail lights were visible through the window and a car could be heard pulling up into the driveway of the home.
"Shit!" Finn threw his last slice of strawberry on the counter not caring where it landed, and grabbed her hand, then began running. Millie's bracelet fell off without her knowing.
"Wha-" she didn't know what was actually happening.
Millie glanced back at the window and saw the car.
They darted out the back door, through the woods near his secret garden.

Finn's father, arrived home, no one was to be seen.
He knew the house was different.
"Finn!" He shouted as he walked through the front door.
Making his way to the kitchen, he stumbled upon the charm bracelet.
"What the hell?" He picked it up.
"Millie," he said confused, reading the gold jewel. He was furious.
"Strawberries?" He scratched his head at the one misplaced, on the counter.
"Finn you son of a bitch!" He screamed.
