Two years Later

I was picking Natalie and her friend up from school, I had stopped and got me a coffee and the girls Hot Chocolate to warm up a bit "Hey Alice" Natalie got in "Hi Alice" Gabby got in "Hi Girls, Hey got you hot coco" I handed them their drinks "Oh God thank you" They took them, after they put their seatbelts on I drove off "Hey can Gabby stay over tonight?" Natalie asked "It's fine with me" I looked at them in the mirror, Looking Natalie I can't believe she's 13 already "Oh Before I forget we're not heading home right away" I told the girls "Wait where are we going?" Natalie asked "Well Ty and Josh are heading of for tour tomorrow morning so They wanted to go out for dinner before they have to leave" I explained "Oh Alright" Natalie shrugged, I plugged in my phone and started Played Dead Walker Texas Ranger by Sleeping with Sirens and the girls flipped "Don't bother sleeping without one eye open wide there's creatures in the night to haunt you, their arms are reaching out to hold you tight" We all sang along.

"Hey you have fun today?" David asked Natalie "Yeah, oh before I forget I have Choir friday night" She took a bite of her Taco "Alright what time?" David asked "Ahh Seven I believe" Natalie looked at her phone "Yeah Seven" She put her phone down "We want Video" Tyler raised his hand "Alright Will do" I gave a thumbs up "I'm going to miss you guys when your gone" Natalie frowned "Don't worry We'll be back by your birthday" Josh brought her into a side hug, She nodded and we continued talking

Seven Months Later

I was sitting on the couch when the door opened, Natalie came in and went straight to her room, I knew something was up so I went to go see what was wrong, I Knocked on her door "Nat Can I come in?" I asked "Ahh Hold on" It sounded like she was in a panic "Natalie is everything alright?" I asked considered "Yeah, Yeah Just changing" I heard a noise soon the door opened and she had puffy eyes and a long sleeve "Natalie what's wrong?" I asked "Nothing" She sniffled, I didn't hesitate and rolled up her sleeve and saw the familiar lines  "I'm sorry, I'm sorry" She cried, I brought her  over to the bed and we sat down "I wanna show you something" I rolled up my sleeves and showed her the faded white lines "I used to self harm too" I looked at her, She looked at me with sad teary eyes "You did?" She asked "Yes, You know how I stopped?" I asked, she shook her head "Because I had people in my life that helped me,Including you" I looked down then back at her "How did I help?" She asked "Because When you came into my life I knew I had to stop and stay around for the beautiful girl that's here right now" I moved some hair out of her face "Really?" She asked "Yeah, I love you Nat and always will, now promise me you'll try to stop, I know it's hard but at least try okay?" I asked "okay, I'll try< She wiped her eyes "Now C'mon we have a tub of Ice cream to eat before Everyone gets home" I held out my hand, she took it and we walked into the living room and started digging in.
