Y/N POV :
today me & my best friend Shawn are watching a random TV series full of fails it was all really funny we laughed , ate and watched

Until we came across a first date fail

"This reminds me of my first date fail" Shawn chuckled

"what happened" i asked and looked at him

"Nah it's not a big deal" he chuckled while i just looked at him

"come on shawn i know you're gonna let that out because..." I paused for a moment and tickled him and his laughter filled the room

"are u gonna tell me now" i said and Shawn kept laughing

"okay okay I'll tell you' he said and i stopped tickling him

he let out big breaths "damn Y/N that was tiring" he said

"Tell me now shawn" i pleaded

"okay but im not mentioning any names" he said

"what !? okay fine" i said

"one night i took this girl out to date and we went to a fancy restaurant and then suddenly three men's which was i think in their 60's came up to me and told me that i was doing everything wrong" he said

"wow creepy ass men's" i laughed

"okay now that you heard mine i wanna hear yours" he looked at me

"Uhhh no" i said

"unfair i told u mine now u need to tell me yours pleaseee" he said

"fine but don't laugh" i said

"i promise" he said crossing his heart

"okay actually I've never been to a date before" i confessed

there was i think a 5 second pause

"what!?" He said and looked at me like crazy "what ? why? I don't understand"

"i just think their too cliche for me" i said while grabbing popcorn

"has any guy asked you out?" He asked

"Ya" i said

nope i haven't

"How many?" He asked

"umm-uhh" i stuttered

how can i tell him that i haven't been on a date

"you haven't been on a date" he smirked

uh oh

"Me- i haven't been on a date? " i nervously chuckled

"umm-uhh- the thing is that umm" i really don't know how to say it

"Y/N come on i know you're lying" he said

"fine. Okay. I haven't been on a date" i looked down

"why?" He asked

"no one asked me" i said "besides their too cliche for me" i laughed

"really?" He looked at me suspiciously

uh oh what is he planning

"what if i asked you? Would you turn me down?" He smirked

"Shawn really ?" I laughed

"just answer the question" he laughed

"uhh fine..." I took a deep breath "nope i won't turn you down"

"fine then be ready tomorrow wear a dress and I'll pick you up tomorrow at 7" he said

"what? Shawn? Are u joking? Tell me your joking" i looked at him

It feels like heaven to be asked by my longtime best friend and crush out on a date

"and it feels Like an honor to ask my also long time best friend and crush out and a date and she said yes" he smirked

did i say that out loud ?

"Yup" he chuckled
"I like you wait not like .. I love you" he blushed

I looked at him and held his hands

"I love u too" we both smiled
