Hospital Bound (again)

When i woke up i had the brightest light in my eyes. It made my head hurt soo bad. I literally cried out from the pain and covered my eyes.

I felt someone turn the light of, close the curtains and turn the lighs off in the room. This didnt feel like my room. It smells like a hospital.

The door opened and closed. My head was still banging and I just wanted to cry. The door opened again and somebody touched my arm.

"Alex? Hi welcome back. Im your nurse from last time. Move your hand Alex so i can flash the light-"

"NO! Its going to make my head hurt."

"i'll dim it down. move your hand" she said more stern. I moved it and she checked my eyes, ears, heartbeat, all that.

She gave me medicine and it instantly helped. Besides my head i was okay. I looked over and seen Andrew standing there looking at me. I smiled at him and he smiled back.

"Okay. All done. Feel better Alex"

I nodded and he came over and kissed me.

"Im really tired of you getting hurt Alex" he said laughing.

"yeah me too. I need a leash or something" i said laughing too. "What happened?"

"Well in the car I was laying on your stomach and you was laying with the top of your hand on the door. It was still raining badly and a car slid and hit your door a little. It knocked you out for a few days. You wasnt in a coma cause you would toss and turn and complain about your head. You was just too out of it to wake up."

"are you okay?"

"im fine"

I nodded my head slowly.

"Um, Alex do you remember anything abou-"

"i remember everything from the moment i woke up till the moment i had your arms around me. I remember everything baby, all the way till I went to sleep. Thank you for that night. It was the best day of my life"

He smiled that goofy smile and attacked me with kisses. The whole room was filled with are laughters until the door opened.

"Well Hello. Im Doctor Brown and i want to go over a few things before you are discharged this afternoon."

He started asking me questions about stuff that happened along time ago and if i could remember. He asked me if i could read a sign that was across the room. I passed everything and he was impressed.

"Good thats really good" he said as he felt around my head softly. "Yeah you got a bad knot right here. Dont do anything serious like riding bikes running, wrestling or any of that until it goes away. The knot could turn into much worse."

"okay" i said with a nod.

"i will bring your discharge papers in a couple of hours" he said looking at his clipboard. "oh and i have the reports on the baby. Its doing just fine. Congradulations."

"WHAT" me and Andrew yelled at the same time.

"on this clipboard it says your pregnant"

I laid back and fanned myself.

"Im going to pass out Doctor"

"Alex please. I will go get a pregnancy test. Hang tight"

I stared at the ceiling. I could feel  Andrew staring at me but nope. I would not look at him. Im pretty sure I'm in shock.

The door swung open and I got up and peed in a cup. I sat on the bed and was still not looking at Andrew. He was forreal burning into my soul how bad he was staring.

A couple of minutes later, the door swung back open.

"Alexandra Davis. You are 1 week pregnant"

"How long have i been here?"

"Um… A week today" he said looking at his clipboard.

I nodded and he smiled and walked out. Finally i looked at Andrew. He looked relieved.

"I knew you was going to think the baby wasnt yours."

"Alex i trusted you about how you didnt fuck with anybody while i was gone. But we only fucked once not too long ago i didnt think it was possible."

"well you better believe it. I mean you just got out of jail, we was in a car. Where the fuck was I going to pull a condom from? MY ASS?"

"Alex chill. Im glad the baby is mine and I cant wait to raise him to be like me"

"him? nah its a girl"

"no its a boy I have a feeling."

We laughed and rubbed my tummy till near death. I had a littles in my belly. With the man that I loved most.
