Chapter 1

Chapter 1 -Intro-

Now in days its hard to find/meet nice good looking people. Many of them are pretty cocky and such Divas; too much for me to handle. I'm just a young farm girl currently living in a city. Surprisingly its very quiet over here and kinda lonely compared to what I'm used to. I'm on my way to the Airport to go to California. My bestie Mels lives there. I haven't seen her in 2 years. My other friend is a Supernatural fan, she knows every episode and all the characters by heart. We role play on twitter every once in a while which is pretty fun actually.

I only have 2 friends, I had to kick many out of my circle because they were too fake. Only the real ones stayed by my side and I've always been there for them. Honestly I've always wanted to know what having a guy best friend would be like, sadly I'm not one of the lucky ones so far. Mels and I have kept contact over facebook, phone calls and texts. We facetimed sometimes and everytime we did it just made me want to go to Cali more and more every time. So here I am, sitting in an airplane on my way to see her.

I'm so nervous and exited, I start shaking. Mels and I have a joke about how I act like a Chihuahua every time I get nervous or exited, I guess its true. We are total wierdos but EY that's why we are friends! We are also single which makes me feel better about not being the only one. Mels always told me "Looks and personality are 50/50". I agree with her. I guess I was missing the looks *sigh*...nah just kidding I'm pretty cute (I say sarcastically to myself).

Chapter 1

~ 8:00 a.m.~

I arrive at last! I pick up my luggage and there is Mels waiting for me. She runs my way and hugs me so tight I lose my breath for a few.

Mels: "It's pretty early. Wanna go to da beach girllll?"

Me: "Heck yeah! You know me so well...you better"

Mels: "of coarse I do Chihuahua"

Me: "haha, yeah yeah, what ever. Lets ROLL"

We get in her car, she starts the engine, we buckle up and off we go to her house to change. This place is amazing! I can't wait to go to so many places.

We arrive at her lovely home. It's something different but in a great way. I'm loving the place. I wouldn't mind staying here for months. She points to a room and tell me that's where I'll be staying. I walk into an enormous bedroom with a Queen sized bed and cool effects on the wall. The view is indescribable, I'm speechless. I get my suitcase, open it, then start unpacking.

Everything's put away, now all that's left is changing into this cute bikini and putting a dress over it before heading out.

Mels: "you ready yet?"

Me: "yeah!"

Mels: "Don't worry about sunblock, I got a new bottle we can share"

Me: "Alright, Alright, Alriiiight"

I walk out with her car keys as she locks the door, I unlock the car and turn on the engine.

Mels: "I guess you're driving then!"

Me: "you know it, jaja"

She sits on the passenger seat and buckles up. Mels lives here so I don't need a GPS. She will tell me where to go.

~10:30 a.m.~

Mels: "we are here!!"

Me: "obviously nena"

Mels: "wow you and your spanglish"

Me: "I know right!?"

Mels: "make sure you have everything and lets go"

We get off with our bags and find a comfy spot in the beach. I look around for a shady place but can't seem to find one. I'm used to warm climates since I was born in an Island but I prefer feeling the warmth not the sun rays burning my skin. I'm light skinned at the moment but I get dark quick. Mels was smart enough to bring a beach umbrella.

We take out our towels and put them on the sand. I take out the sunblock as Mels sets up the umbrella. She lays on her belly with some shades on. "can you put some sun block on my back please?" says Mels. I take the sun block and squirt a bunch on my hand accidentally but I put it on her back anyway making her jump from the coolness of it. "Oh silly old clumsy me, oops" I say. She then lays back down in the same position and I finish spreading out the sun block. I take out an arizona and chug it down, I was so thirsty from the trip quite hungry too actually. I was careful not to wake up Mels since she had fallen asleep. I stood up and walked around looking for a place to get a quick snack or something.

Suddenly a football comes flying out of the nowhere and hits me in the face causing me to lose ballance and fall.
