Elena's POV:

"Guys, he sounds horrible. Shouldn't we let him out and take him to a hospital or something?"

"No Elena, we can't. He did this to himself. It was his choice and we are just trying to help him get past it."

"But are you sure this is the way to go?"

"No Elena, I am not sure that this is the way go, because I never thought that I would be dealing with a brother that got addicted to demon blood." We hear him scream again and I can't take it anymore. I walk outside and don't plan to come inside for at least a couple of hours.

Dean's POV:

Elena doesn't understand what it takes to fix this. Sam did this to himself. I kept telling him not to do this, to stay away from Ruby, but he just didn't listen. He believed that he had to save the world all by himself, and in order to do that he had to tap into his psychic powers. When we found him, I could barely recognize him. It took both me and Elena as well as Bobby to get Sam to Bobby's bunker, and it was still hard. Right now he is down there basically detoxing from his blood obsession, and it is just killing me to hear him scream like that.

"Bobby, are you sure this is safe?"

"No Dean, I told you that this was risky. But it was really our only shot."

"I can't lose him Bobby. He is the only family I have left."

"We will do everything in our power to save him, you hear me?" I just nod and decide maybe I will go check how Elena is doing. I walk outside and see her leaning against the Impala hood, just breathing in and out.

"Hey, are you ok?" She quickly turns towards me and I can see that I frightened her. "Sorry."

"No it's ok, you just shocked me. And ya I am fine. Really I should be the one asking you that question. He is your brother after all."

"That is not my brother. That person in there is a monster that is just using my brother's body." I go and sit next to her and she grabs my hand to try and comfort me.

"He will be ok. This is Sam we are talking about. He is a fighter."

"Then why did you leave?"

"I'm sorry, but I couldn't just stand in there and hear him screaming in agony. I just couldn't, so I decided to get some fresh air."

"I guess that makes sense."

"Why don't we get help from Cas?" I roll my eyes and stall the question.

"I am trying hard not to get involved with him too much. I just don't want to owe the angels anything." She then puts her arms around my waist and holds on.

"I get it. Owing someone something, especially one with more power, can just ruin everything can't it." I don't know if she was kidding or serious but at this point I didn't care. Just being here with her seemed to help. Too soon she pulls away and look at me in the eyes. "You ready to go back inside?" I grab her hand and just look at my beautiful girlfriend that I never though I would have.

"Let's go save Sammy."

Sam's POV:

I can't take this. Why are they doing this to me! I did nothing wrong!

"Oh really? You did nothing wrong?" I spin around so quick that I didn't even know I could move that fast. When I focus on the origin of the voice, I realize I am seeing my younger self.

"This can't be happening, I am hallucinating."

"You may be, but you also may not be. Who knows, especially since you chained so much people can barely recognize you."
