The bell for next lesson rang and everyone got up out of their seats and ran out the door in order to get to next lesson first. I didn't see what the big deal was to be fair.
"We all have music next, the best instruments are picked out first. So they try and get the best ones. We are always left with the bells or left over wooden sticks." She said slightly laughing. Nathaniel didn't look towards me, he just casted his eyes towards the ground.
Page got out of her seat and waited for Nathaniel, they were the last ones to leave. So was I. Page looked back over to me as I was collecting up my text books and new journal.
"Um Alex" she said quite quietly and shy
"Yeah" I said straight away and smiling at her and Nathaniel, who still was only looking at the ground.
"You can tag along with us if you want?" As she said this Nathaniel's eyes shot up to meet mine. I couldn't tell if he was happy about her offering me to tag along with them or angry at her. "I mean you don't have too, if you don't want too" she continued.
"No no, that's really kind of you. I would love too" I said, and I finally got a slight smile of Nathaniel. Which didn't last very long. All three of us left the classroom with no rush what so ever. As we knew we were going to get a bell or left over wooden stick anyway.
