           Amanda's POV
"Help!! Someone please help me!" All I could do at this point was wish that someone would come outside and see what this dirty ol' soc was doing to me.
I couldnt run any faster and my legs were about to give out, when all of a sudden my face gets smashed on the ground. I got flipped over and punched in the face.
"What do you want from me? Leave me alone!" I tried to squirm away but he was too strong.
He started to unbutton my pants until I managed to roll over. "Get. Off. Of. Me!" I tried to stand up but I got dragged down again by my shirt. He ripped it almost off and I started to lose hope.
In the distance, I could see the headlights of a car that is filled with more socs. Great. I let out a large groan and try to look behind me. I see someone look out their door. "Please! Help me!" It"s about time someone notices me.
With another glance, a group of guys come storming out of the house running towards me, and I start to relax. Apparently, relaxing too much while you're getting beat up isn't the best thing to do.
I wake up in a strange home surrounded by people. How the hell did i get here? Where am I? They're all just staring at me like I'm a lost puppy. "Ummm" I mumbled.
They explained what happened and introduced themselves, and then I realized that my clothes were barely on me at this point.
I slowly brought my hands up to my chest. "Uh sorry. Do you umm, have any clothes I can borrow by any chance?" I was kind of embarrassed because they were all guys.
The guy named Sodapop gave me a shirt and helped me clean up my face a little bit. "So, Amanda, do u live anywhere around here? I mean, what were you doing all alone anyway?"
"Well I live on the 'Soc side' if that's what you wanna call it. But, not anymore really. That guy out there, he was my boyfriend but-" He kind of froze like he had no clue what to say.
He finally replied "huh, I wouldn't think a girl like you would-" "yeah I know I get that a lot" i smiled a little at him. He is the most gorgeous man I have ever seen. It's almost hard to not smile when you look at him.
We caught ourselves not talking and just staring at each other when he finally broke out of it and began cleaning my face again.
"Hey, dont think I'm just a basic stuck up soc girl. I only live over there because I got all of my parent's money after they died. I live with foster parents now." I sunk my head down, too embarrassed to look at him, being the weird kid with no family left.
He lifted my chin up and stared into my eyes. "Don't think that. My parents died too. I'm not gunna judge a book by its cover. I mean- if it's okay with Darry- you can stay here if you want. We would probably do a hell of a lot better protecting you than your foster parents do." I laughed and he smiled at my laugh.
"Is that your excuse to flirt with me mr. Curtis? Hahaha" I joked. "Ha ha you're so funny." He said. "Ok you're all good"
"Thanks" I replied. I don't know why but I just felt connected to him already. I felt this weird temptation to hug him so I just went for it. He hesitated at first but eventually hugged back. I looked at him again before walking out of the bathroom.
"Hey strangers. You were gone for a long time, what was goin' on? Huh?" Steve teased.
"Shut it Steve" Soda responded a little embarrassed.
"Hey do you think you could drive me to go get my car? I need some stuff in there."
"Yeah let me get my keys." He said.
