Chapter 13: new place

Willow was unfortunately really freaked out, but in this case I can understand why. People these days why do they do such terrible things, maybe when Willow gets moved to the other paddock she won't be found. After putting patches on her continuous marks I finally got to the point of brushing her. Stroking her body I got lost in a flurry of thoughts, is Jayce actually in love with me? Does he actually like me? What happens when he finds a better girl? Will I go back to doing drugs? Will I go back to trying to smoke? Willow snapped me out of the thoughts as I hit one of her bandages. "Sorry girl, it's alright okay I promise no one is ever gonna hurt you again" I said in a calming voice.

The police had taken the guy away and said I could charge him for domestic animal abuse and trespassing, with him abusing my horse for the second time I wasn't gonna let it slide. After brushing Willow thoroughly I put her green bareback pad on and her green lead rope around her neck. After letting her calm down because of a fly I put my left hand in the bottom of her mane and stepped back. After gaining some momentum I flung myself up onto her body and my right leg caught on her back. Slowly I inched my leg up her back and I was on, just sitting on her back was calming. Then I clicked her into a walk and that's all we did was walk around the paddock. It was calming to both me and her.

5 MINUTES LATER

I was texting my dad to come pick me up because it had started raining. Currently I was sitting in the lean to shelter Emma (Missy's owner) had built for Missy. Willow liked it in tere and I was staying dry as I looked out at the beautiful view, the big field had most all over it and then there was trees beside that. Looking over I saw someone coming down the road so I clicked Willow out of the shelter and over by the trees which where near the horse trailer. Sliding off her back I quickly undid her bareback pad and the lead rope then ran to the trailer. After hanging up her stuff I ran over to my dad's truck and signalled for him to drive home.

2 HOURS LATER

My family was sitting down at the table eating our lasagna when the doorbell rang. Knowing my Mom she would swear but not this time, so I got up off my chair and walked to the door to see who it was. To my surprise it was a guy from Wachter Horses, I wonder what he's doing here?

30 MINUTES LATER

oh my god! Wachter horses said that because of that guy hurting Willow they will give her a luxury stall for only 50 bucks a month. Trust me this is good, very good.
