Chapter 15: new additon

Opening my eyes in the morning was not the smartest idea as the room was filled with sunlight. My eyes started to water and I saw Jayce's hand go up to my face to whip the tears away. Feeling like a retard I rolled over and put my feet on the floor before pushing myself into them. Then I walked over to the bathroom and locked the door, cramps started to hit me like a sludge hammer so I decided to check my knickers. Evidently there was blood so I had to waddle out of the bathroom and to my bag to get a tampon. Then I walked bak into the bathroom and got myself ready for the day.

JAYCES POV

Shayla had tears in her eyes so I started to whip them away but instead she rolled over and causally walked over to the bathroom. What was that about? She never did that, especially to me. Deciding to ignore the fact I got ou of bed and walked over to my bag to get my fresh clothes out. After getting half way dressed my beautiful baby girl came out of the bathroom and walked over to her bag. Then she grabbed a tampon, I geuss she's on her period. It's happened a few times since we've been together.

After 10 minutes my sexy girlfriend came out of the washroom with her hair up in a bun and her eyes where hinted with eyeliner. Looking down at her body I noticed she was wearing sweats and a darker blue hoodie. My senses where telling me she wanted to get home and have some cuddles. But before I take her home we are going to the kennel to pick a dog. Shay had been wanting one since her old dog Milo passed away, I wanted a big dog.

SHAYLAS POV

"Jay? Jayce snap out of it" I said as my hunky boyfriend stood there with a blank expression on his face. Stupid bastard

"Ya what" he said back sleepily

"Can we go home" I said pleadingly

"After we go um get our selfs a dog" he said quietly.

"Wow, as our 2 month anniversary gift?" I questioned again

"Yah" he said calmly.

We walked out to the car and Jayce drove to Klassic Kennels. After we got there he got out of the truck and opened the door for me, I walked inside and eminently had a dog scent in my nose.

5 MINUTES LATER

The lady had shown us most of the dogs and so far there was none that I liked. But then she led us up to a cage and the siting was a chocolate lab next to a red Australian kelpie. My eyes darted to the Australian kelpie and I squeezed Jayce's hand, this was the one. But suddenly I felt Jayce pointing to the chocolate lab, oh crap.

"Why don't we get both" he suggested quietly

"Yah I like that" I said.

10 MINUTES LATER

After signing a hole bunch of papers we led the dogs out to the car and let them get in.

"So my dogs name is Butter and yours is Buddy right?" I questioned for the millionth time

"Yes sweety" he said sweetly and leaned in and kissed me.
