He could remember their struggles when they first debuted. Back then, they barely had any support; both financially and emotionally. The only people they could rely on were themselves and each other. With the years came progress, the release of their album 2COOL4SKOOL allowed them to make a comeback. After that, it was just comeback after comeback. Albums were released, and their popularity progressively increased until the group that was once hiding in a fog became one of the shining stars in the sky.
They were in this together, all seven of them. And I was with them too. As our group became popular, my debut name was recognized across the nation. Suga. Yes, a boy as sweet as sugar, that...was me. My gummy smile and pale skin became known to everyone as a signature look for the person that they deemed Suga.
But when did I start to become unhappy? Was it after Dark &Wild's release? Where in time did Suga start to become sour?
Now, it all seems like a dream that passed by in my life. A dream too good to be true. Fans too sweet to be mine. When did it all crash down on me? Where did it go wrong? Where did everything fly away like a butterfly?
Nowadays, the same thoughts replay like a broken tape in my head. I wake up exhausted and stressed, no longer having the same happiness that once plagued my heart, mind, and soul. The ringing begins and the previous day's discussion began to play in my thoughts. I'm forced to look back to when Bang PD sat me down in his office and asked the one question I didn't wish to hear.
"Yoongi... Do you want to go solo?"
The room was dawned in an eerie silence until with anguish I gave my answer.
