♥Happy new year, indeed♥ Luke Castellan

       Merry Christmas and New Years! Sorry I haven't updated lately. I have been caught up with school and watching all of these TV shows. Anyways, here's a Luke x reader Christmas edition!

      Laughing could be heard all around the Athena cabin. Emma and Annabeth had invited Conner, Percy, Jason, Piper, Frank, Hazel, Travis, Katie, Nico, and Will. So basically everyone Emma and Annabeth were friends with at camp. Including you.

      You were having a great time, but there was something nagging you in the back of the mind. You didn't know what it was until you walked into the bathroom to see Nico and Will kissing under mistletoe.

You were alone on Christmas.

Again

      It didn't bother you at first, not until everywhere you went in the Athena cabin there was some couple kissing each other.

      "You okay, Y/N?" Percy looked at you with a concerned expression. He had caught you going outside. "Yeah, I just need some fresh air." you didn't wait for his answer. You opened the door and went outside.

      You went to the one place you went when you wanted to be alone.

      The lake

      You have been going there more and more lately, and you didn't know why.

      You were surprised when you saw someone sitting in your usual spot. He had blond hair and blue eyes. He was fairly attractive. He heard you come in and turned his head to the side. There you saw a deep pale scar running down from his eye all the way to his chin. "Who in Hades name are you?!" you yelled. He flinched, startled by your voice.

      "What are you doing here?" He calmly stood up. "Um, I come here to think." you said it more as a question. "On Christmas eve? I don't think so." there was a mocking way he said it.

      "You still haven't told me who you are." You took a step closer to him. "Luke."

Luke

You instantly remembered everything Annabeth ever told you about Luke. How she was in love with him but then realized she only loved him like a brother. How Luke had asked if she had loved him. You also remembered some of the Aphrodite girls tell you about how they all had a crush on him because of how attractive he is.

      And you weren't disagreeing with them. He was hella attractive. "Y-you died. Annabeth watched you die!" you cried. He took at step closer to you. It was like a game of chess, you kept taking single steps closer to each other.

      "You have to tell the others." you advised, "they have all forgave you. There is no reason that you shouldn't tell them. If their anything like me they will look besides the fact that you're telling them now." you said it through gritted teeth.

      You didn't give him time to answer. You grabbed his hand ad dragged him towards Cabin 6. "I'm Y/N, by the way. If you need me or anything I'll be in the Y/G/P cabin."

      Everyone thought it was a Christmas miracle that Luke was still alive. They all hugged him all talked to him. Emma got to meet Luke, they seemed to hit it off. Percy kept giving you glances from across the room. "Y/N, how did you find Luke?" your best friend Hazel asked you. "I went down to the lake and saw him there. Simple as that." you crossed your arms over your chest.

      "Besides the fact that she almost cussed me out." Luke teased "Key word, almost."you added back.

      Time had passed and everyone was getting used to Luke being there. Now it was New Years Eve and you were still alone. Everyone was in the Poseidon cabin, waiting for the ball to drop. It was thirty minutes away and you had no one to kiss.

     You had grown a certain liking Luke. It hurt when you saw him kissing a different girl everyday. You were a big girl, and didn't cry over something that you knew would never happen. And you and Luke would never happen. You were smart enough to admit it.

      You were walking down to the lake. You needed to be alone. Tears were welling in your eyes. You had been alone, with no one there for you, for most of your life. It was finally getting to you. 

      You tried to wipe you tears while you took your shoes off. You failed miserably. Your left shoe fell in the water.

      "Shit!" you cursed out loud. Setting down your right shoe, you reached down and to the water. You were by the dock so it wasn't deep. "Where did it go?"you mumbled, "There it is."

      "Talking to your self again, Y/N?" you spun around to see that face that you had daydreamed about so many times. "What are you doing here?"

      "Same reason you came here when we first meet." he pointed out. You put your shoes to the side and put your feet in the water. Luke set too his shoes of and set his feet in the water. Quietly you inched closer too him.

      "Its New Years Eve. Who are you gonna kiss at midnight?" you mustered up the courage to ask him. He turned his head to the side to look at you, "I know who I want to kiss but, no. I don't have anyone to kiss." It was odd, him not having anyone to kiss. It seemed like everyday he was snogging someone new.

      "Every girl in the camp has a crush on you. I'm sure its not that hard to get her to kiss you." you looked at the water. "Yea-" he started

      "Come on guys! Ten minuets!" you heard Leo yell.

      "Five!"

      "Four!"

      "Three!"

      "Two!"

      "One!"

You sighed. You had no one. You looked over at Luck and saw him looking over at you. Fuck it, you thought you walked over to him and placed your hands on his chest. It was funny watching him it have any idea what was going on.

"What are you, mph-" you smashed your lips on to his. Not waiting for a response. Maybe it was the champagne, but you found something new about yourself. How confident you could be.

That lasted for about 10 seconds. You then looked up at Luke. Removed your hands from is chest and started to walk away. "Wait! Y/N." you heard Luke yelp. You felt is hand on your wrist and you spun around. He pulled you toward him and kissed you. KISSED YOU

It didn't take you long to kiss back. "All those girls I kissed, I did it to keep my mind off you" his voice was barley a whisper.

Everything was quiet. Until you heard Piper yell "I SHIP IT"

Ugh why did that take me so long to write. I know I didn't give much backstory on how Luke was still alive but chances are if you're reading this you have an imagination. Plzzzzzzzzzzz tell me if this was good or not. Bye!!!!!!!!!!!
