+++++++

After an hour and a half long discussion about the tour dates, and about two hours of calling arenas to double check everything was reserved and paid for, I was able to leave for a while to get a snack from management's cafeteria.

Exhaustion often makes me hungry. It's a bad, and probably an unhealthy habit, but the pleasure afterwards is worth it. Walking into the cafeteria wasn't as expected. I thought there'd be a buffet that would take up almost the entire room, with many people chatting and laughing.

The reality, though, was that there was three vendine machines. One with drinks, and the other two with snacks. They were by a what seemed like two new refrigerators. On the opposite side of it, there was four coffee machines. Further into the room, probably the most enjoyable part, were tables and chairs that gave a beautiful view of the city. The walls were mostly glass, and there was a small place outside that seemed as if it could only fit one person at least.

The natural light definitely made a huge diffrence in the feel. By this time, I was enjoying the breathtaking view as I leaned back on the table behind me.

"Pretty lame right?"

I turned back and saw Calum closing the fridge door, and taking out a water. "I beg to differ," I told him,"this is...I don't know, it's just so pretty." I replied turning back to look at the buildings and pedestrians and cars.

"I meant the food," he said, and I looked back at him. He wore a small smile,"But yeah. The view is the only good thing about this room. Not the best in the building though."

I smiled and walked toward him, and leaned on one of the fridges with my arms crossed over my chest. "And where would that better view be at?" I asked curiously.

He spun, then pointed at himself sluggly. "You're looking at it." he said pointing at himself. I shook my head and looked down to hide the smile that wanted to take over my lips.

When I looked back up, he was grinning and then licked him bottom lip. When he did, I felt my heart almost stop. My emotions went out of control, and I had to try hard to not let a squeal out and drool drip down. Calum drank from his water bottle, which made me feel weak. I wanted to collapse into his muscular arms.

I myself took my bottom lip in between my teeth as I waited for him to finish. But the seconds that passed by seemed like a painful eternity. I had to shut my eyes and turn my head to the opposite side. I figured he was going to chug it all down, so thankfully I had sometime to get my self together.

I cleared my throat, and looked back to Calum just as he threw the empty bottle on the trashcan. "You're surely mistaken, Calum." I say finally.

He looks at me with a smile, then says,"I know."

"Cal have you-oh. Nevermind," Ashton said as he walked into the cafeteria as well. He walked closer, and eyed us. "Melody, they're looking for you. Calum, for you too."

"What for?" Calum asked.

"Management brought in another social media expert. She is with the others studying the the tour dates. They're trying to brain storm some new stuff, let's go." Ashton told him, then looked at me.

"And Zalchman wants you to help do so as well." he said to me.
