Chapter Twenty-Three

Zane's P.O.V.

  I woke up with Travis holding on to me like I was going to fade away if he didn't. I smiled a little then suddenly remembered. I never gave him his Chirstmas present, I have a idea.

~Timeskip to 5 minutes later and Zane's in the living room!~ Travis' P.O.V.

  I woke up and went downstairs to the living room. I sat next to Zane who was holding the same box he shoved in his pocket yesterday. "Hey Zane-y." I said. "H-hey." He stuttered. "Whatcha got there?" I asked. "I forgot to give it to you yesterday so here open it." He replied holding the box out. I took it and opened it. It was a chain necklace, it was a Yin-Yang, it was the side that was black. I looked at him with tears in my eyes and smiled a little.

  "Travis, I love you and even though this may sound really cheesy I have to say it. Even though some days it seems like I hate you or I say I hate you I really don't. I just really need to know how to open up more and be more open to loving people and telling them things. You have been with me threw thick and thin, when I mess up you always seem to come back. So I wanted to give this to you. The black side saying you have me and I have the white side so I can remind myself I have you to back me up. I love you." Zane said tears filling his eyes.

  I put the box down and hugged him as he wrapped his arms around me. We pulled away and I looked at him and said, "I love you too Zane and you will always have me." "Now be ready to be mad... But you want me to be honest and have to trust you with stuff..." He started turning his head away from me. I put my hand on his chin and turned his head to face me, "tell me I won't get mad." He looked into my eyes and I saw a few tears in his eyes, "I-I-I um.... well I..." He looked at his arms. "Just write it down or show me if you can't seem to get the words out." my voice soft to calm him. 

Zane's P.O.V.

  I looked at Travis one more time then looked at my sleeves, I looked at him once more. "Do you want to show me something?" He asked. I pulled at up sleeves and looked away from Travis. "Babe look at me." He said his voice soft but how. I looked at him and he kissed me. I kissed back and I felt a hand on my wrist. I flinched a little and then Travis pulled back. "I'm sorry..." I whispered. "I'm always here baby forget about that idea." He put his forehead on mine. "I wrote that on the--" He cut me off by putting his lips on mine and kissing me. I kissed back and loved ever second I had him. He pulled away and looked into my eyes (His hair isn't over his eyes.) and I looked in his. "You are not aloud to be sorry this time, I was stupid I was the dumb one. Just to treat you like I did him..." He stated. Dante that's who he is talking about, that expression I didn't know the whole story with Dante did I???

  "You wanna tell me everything that happened, because I know nothing." I cocked my head a little. "It's just after our first fight he acted different. Not a good different he would hurt me physically and verbally, I guess I stayed because I was scared. Nobody knew anything about what he was doing not even Garroth and Laurance." He explained turning his head so he wasn't facing me. I grabbed the necklace I have him from the table and stood up. I walked behind him and put it on. "That was then now you're with me, I will protect don't worry." I whispered in his ear. "I love you ZuZu." He muttered. "I love you to Travi-y. Just I love you more." I said. "Yeah right no way you could love me more." He joked. "Okay yeah sure." I said.

~Few hours later and Zane goes to mall~ Zane's P.O.V.

  A few months I know Gene said something about getting back at me for knocking his brother back to the kind one, but he never did anything. "Zane!" I heard a certain Me'Fa's voice. I turned and looked at her, "Yes Kawaii~chan" I asked. "Where's Travis? I don't see him." She asked. "He went to work..." I explained, "Is that all because I really should get to what I was doing" I started to walk away. She started to walk by my side. "So you're growing out your hair in the back?" She asked. "Yeah Travis wanted me to so I deiced to." I replied, I really don't wanna talk to her but I can't be mean or anything... "You look cute with long hair~~" She started flirting me... "Okay well I got get home Travis will be home in any minute..." I started to get unconformable. "Okay come on hang out with me for a little bit, or I will tell Aphmau you made me cry." She crossed her arms. "Fine. What do you want to do?" I asked. "Let's go get some food and talk just you and me..." She said dragging me to the foodcourt.

~Little while later...~ Zane's P.O.V.

  "Kawaii~Chan it's getting late I really should go home." I said for the thousandth time. "No I wanna hang out with you more Zane~kun~" She keeps begging me to stay. "Okay I'm going to go to the bathroom really fast." I said. 'Fine!" She growled. I walked into the bathroom and texted Travis.

Z=Zane T=Travis

Z: Save me!!!

T: Where are you???

Z: Kawaii~Chan is keeping me here and flirting with and I'm unconformable...

T: Just leave now...

Z: I can't she's watching over me I had to hide on the bathroom.

T: Text Aphmau.

Z: True.

Z=Zane A=Aphmau

Z:Aph help!

A:What is it Zane???

Z: Kawaii~Chan keeps flirting with me and won't let me leave the mall.

A: Okay I'll call her and distract her...

Z:Thank you Aphamu.

~Once Zane got home~ Zane's P.O.V.

  I walked into my house and saw Travis on the couch. I sat next to him and hugged him. "Hey." He said. I pulled away and looked at the tv. "I'm free baby." I shouted randomly. "So she was flirting with you?" Travis asked. "Yeah, it was weird though she would just flirt and when I told her to stop she would just be like 'But why cutie~' it was unconformable." I explained. "Did you flirt back?" He asked. "No. Travis I would never do that." I said. "I know Zane, just had to check." He pulled me close to him. "Yeah..." I sighed under my breath. "Did you say something?" He asked. "Nope, nothing.' I replied.
