wow okay i'm going back to swim tomorrow and i'm quite nervous but i'll let y'all know how it goes.

on another note, the break was super helpful and I recommend taking a break if you were in the same state that i was in (unmotivated, overwhelmed, not mentally stable). As much as swimming can be therapeutic to some, it can be a stress causer which it was for me. I haven't felt somewhat excited to go to swim practice in years so this break of me getting my mental health under control has helped so much and i'm so happy i took a break. The only thing that really sucks is i'm going to be all slow and out of shape but whatever my speed will come back
