surprise!

i'm sorry for never updating this i'm an annoying little crap. I ALSO HAVE A STORY CALLED SLUSHIE GUYS UP AND IT WPULD MEAN THE WORLD TO ME IF YOU WOULD READ IT. all shameful self promo aside, let's talk about this book. it's amazing to see how far it has come. if you told me in january that i would have made a book that would get over 4k reads, i'd tell you it wouldn't be possible. i'm so glad to say this is something we all created.

it's been four years since josh gave me that promise ring, and i'm planning on something huge.

i'm gonna ask him to marry me.

i've been thinking about this for a long time, and i really want this.

i know josh has been the only person i've ever fell in love with and i know that's really unlikely that you would marry your fifth grade boyfriend, but i will.

at least, i hope i do.

we're currently at a really fancy restaurant with both of our families.

we have these yearly celebrations with all of our families, mine, joshs, dans, melanies, even phils family.

nobody knew that i was going to propose, not even dan. so this is going to be a shock to everybody.

«joshs pov» SURPRISE HAH.

i'm gonna propose to tyler, i'm ready.

i fell in love with the small boy i asked out in fifth grade.

and i don't regret any of it.

i see josh walking towards me and my nerves are getting the best of me, i'm still super ready to do this.

"hey baby boy." josh says softly, making me blush.

"hey joshie." i say happily, wrapping my arms around his neck as he rests his hands on my waist.

we connect our lips softly, i could feel josh smiling into it, making me pull away and giggle.

"i still love how short you are, baby." josh praised, making me blush fiercely.

"i'm not short, you're just six foot." i say softly into his shoulder.

"but you're five feet tall baby, you're short." josh mumbled into my hair.

"shut up." i giggle, connecting our lips again and pullingv away fast.

i linked our hands together, my fingers barely reaching past his knuckles due to them being really big compared to mine.

we heard a clink coming from joshs glass, making everyone go quiet, even the people who weren't with us.

"i have something to say, it's very important." josh said nervously, his anxiety definitely getting the best of him.

he got down on one knee, making me almost yell out of happiness.

this was supposed to be me though, dangit.

he got on one knee, pulling a small box out with a small ring.

"tyler, ive loved you ever since we were eleven, and i'm so glad we met when we were only babies. and i'm happy to say we've made it this far. and i want to have many more years to spend with you. this is long overdue since we're both in our twenties, but i would be so happy to know if you will say yes." he paused, trying his best not to stutter, while i was crying with my hands over my mouth.

"will you marry me, tyty?" he said softly, a smile big on his face.

"yes!" i cried happily, pulling out my box.

"i planned on this too, baby." i laughed, putting his ring on him after he put mine on.

"cheers to tyler and josh!" my mom said happily, making me smile as i leaned in to kiss josh, this day couldn't get any better.

"i love you so much joshie." i said softly after the cheers.

"i love you so much more baby boy." he said happily, kissing me softly.

if you told my third grade self i would marry josh, i'd blush and tell you it wouldn't happen in a million years, but look at us now.
