I love all of these things about a book, but I also LOVE book trailers! Seriously… They’re awesome!
I like book trailers because it shows the book as a movie, much like what tons of movies based off of books are like. You want to see what the person, place or thing really looks like.
Yes, book trailers are super ninja, but you have to remember how to make a proper one. Yes, like all things, there is a BAD way!
Okay, let’s begin. First off, how do you make a book trailer? Well, to make a book trailer and put it on Wattpad, you need to take the link from Youtube, so you technically need a Youtube account. Since I don't have a Youtube account, as you can see I don't post book trailers. That's the problem (for people like me), if you don't have a Youtube account you can't make a book trailer... If you do have a Youtube account, than kudos to you!
Next, because you can’t really make a real book trailer, most people go online a choose clips from actual movies or shows. That’s cool and all, but make sure it’s consistent. Because, honestly, I don’t want to be watching about someone like Halle Berry and all, then next thing you know Selena Gomez pops up on my screen.

Try to get clips of the SAME person. Understand? Another thing, don’t make clips too short! But not too long either. Try to make it between 2-4 or so minutes. A bit longer is fine. A bit shorter is fine. But, honestly, I’ve seen clips like 7 minutes long!

Alright, here is one more major point, my little successful-wannabes, this point is text. Yes, because you can’t usually have the people speaking on the screen, you need to write texts instead. Understandable, but some people make the text last, like, 3 seconds than move on!
And it’s a white text in a grey background! I can’t see!
And it’s a really bad font that I can’t understand! I can’t read!
And it doesn’t last very long on the screen. I don’t understand… Help me! I’m so confused!
No. I have one word for you… Can you guess what it is?

So COME ON my Wattpad buddies, get off that chair then sit back down and fix your videos than get up and jump and cheer and say “Hurray!” and celebrate by eating a cake! Don't forget to play a round of golf too! :D
