After a while we get back home and hang out with his family.

A few hours after we got back there was a knock on the door.

Their mom opened the door.

"Um .. yes??" She asked

"Is Ethan Dolan here?" A male voice said

I walk towards the door and see two police officers and my eyes widen.

"Why do you ask?" She asked raising her eyebrow.

"Because we have a warrant for his arrest, he beat a guy named Jake Lorner until he was unconscious and Mr.Lorner is now in the hospital." One of the officers said

"ETHAN" his mom yelled and I brought my hand up and started biting my nails.

Ethan comes towards the doors and his eyes widen.

"Yes?" He asked looking at the officers

"Ethan Dolan?" An officer asked and he nodded.

"Your under Arrest for Assault on Jake Lorner, put your hands behind your back" the second officer said and Ethan did as the officer said and tears came to my eyes.

"You have the right to remain silent. If you do say anything, what you say can be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to consult with a lawyer and have that lawyer present during any questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed for you if you so desire." The other said as they lead him out to the cop car.

Grayson came to the door also and stood between me and his mom and his eyes widened

I hug Grayson as tears slid down my cheeks.

"It's okay.. we will get him out."  He said rubbing my back.

"How the fuck are we going to get him out?! He did it. There's nothing we can do because I watched him beat the guy up" I said shaking my head

"Why did he beat Jake up?" His mom asked me

"Because he kept messing with me, he kept wrapping his arm around me and then whenever I told him I didn't want him I liked being with Ethan he got all upset and pushed me and so Ethan got more into it and then Jake kneed Ethan and the crotch and then they started fighting and Ethan knocked Jake out and I didn't know what to do." I said after getting out of Grayson's arms.

"It's okay... he hit Ethan first and he shouldn't have been touching you"Grayson said shaking his head

"Yeah but he didn't deserved to be punched so much" I said looking down.

"He was just protecting you. Jake is a dick"  Grayson said

"I just wish he would have waited til tomorrow to get arrested" she said sighing and shaking her head

"What's gonna happen to him?" I asked

"Probably nothing honestly" Grayson said shaking his head

His mom comes back with her keys and purse and her shoes.

"Lets go get your brother" she said sighing

Grayson and I follow her and we get into the car.

She drives to the police station where they are holding him so she could talk to someone. And I stayed in the car with Grayson.

If I could have talked Ethan into staying home today .. because it was too cold he wouldn't be in this situation.,

"It'll be okay" Gray said and I sighed staring out the window hoping Ethan would walk back with his mom.

After a long time of waiting his mom came back to the car, WITH ETHAN.

He slides into the backseat next to me and laid his head on my shoulder.

"What happened?" I asked

"I have to go to court in like a week but I can come home" he said lifting his head and looking at me.

Grayson gets out of the back seat and goes to sit next to his mom in the passenger seat.

I hug Ethan.

"You scared me so bad.." I said and he nodded and he kissed my forehead. The rest of the car ride was relatively silent

"So your not going to jail right??"I asked Ethan as we got back to his house and back up to his room.

"No baby I'm not. his parents are not pressing charges and they all know who started the fight" Ethan replied and I hugged him

"Oh thank God" I replied burying my face into his chest.

"I'm staying here with you until after your court date"

"Are you sure ?? What about Alli and Stella??"He asked

"Alli can watch her for a little while,I am not just going to leave without you" I said shaking my head and he smiled

"Im really sorry.."he said as he sat on the bed.

"For what??" I replied confused

"For beating him up, and getting arrested for it.. and scaring you by getting arrested, making you think i was going to go to for real jail"He replied

"It was mostly my fault y'all were fighting.." I said

"No,You told me to stop and to just walk away.. it was all me babe all me." He replied shaking his head

"Your mom was really mad.." I said

"I bet.. me getting arrested on Christmas.. she was probably beyond pissed.." He said and I nodded..

"How about I go take a quick shower and then we can watch some movies or something??" Ethan asked me smiling.

"Why cant I take a shower with you??"I asked pouting

"You want to??" He asked making me smile and nod

"Come on then" He said motioning towards the bathroom

"We needs clothes first" I said and he agreee and grabbed himself a pair of Calvin Kleins and a pair of sweatpants. I grabbed me some underwear and a pair of leggings and he handed me one of his hoodies. We went to the bathroom and He turned on the shower. I took off my current hoodie and when he takes off his I see he has a big bruise.

My eyes widen and I step closer and push his pants down a little to reveal the bruise going further down.

"Damn he got me.." Ethan said wincing as I touched the bruise

"Ethan"I said looking down at the bruise sadly.

"Babe it obviously is not that bad if I am only just now finding out about it.." He said

"Okay..." I trailed of not agreeing with his words..

We both finish undressing and get into the shower.
