Rapunzel

I wake up in my room, slowly opening my eyes, embracing the nice morning cold. I walk over to the window then quickly shove the blinds apart. The sun greets me with its warming light, glimmering my long, long hair. I love doing that.

     Mornings are wonderful, but this one was special. It was my eighteenth birthday! I shreeked with joy. There was going to be dancing, feasts and celebration.

     The day was great. The music was loud and cheerful and the food was delightful.

     While everyone was partying, I snuck away from the castle with my friends, and we went to a special place in the woods. It was our little hideout. It was cozy, with berries to eat and flowers on the soft grass.

     We were chatting away. It seemed the moments flew by, but every now and then I would notice a rabbit stare at me for a while, and then leave. It was time to get back to the castle, but I told them to go and said I'll catch up. I don't know what was going on in my mind when I made the decision to chase the rabbit.

     I followed it until it ran into its den. I decided to leave, but I looked around me. It seemed that the den was under a massive tree, one that I have never seen its type before. The tree was peculiar, and it seemed to be shaking a lot.

     All of a sudden, a boulder came crashing down from the tree. The boulder landed in front of me, popped into the air and came to life.

     I was not scared by this golem's presence. "Rapunzel," it said with an echoing voice. His presence made me feel like a mouse. "You're.... an elder troll!", we said at the same time, I giggled. I read about his kind in a book. "This is no time for laughs Rapunzel. There is much at stake right now. Travel west to Eclypse isle, there you will meet Hiccup, Merrida and Jack Frost. From there you will start the journey that the fate of the very land depends on." And just like that, it turned into a mere rock.

     The old gang back together again eh?, I thought to myself. This was something to look forward to.
